'Prima hotel. '

'Prima kamer. Heel schoon. Pas vernieuwd. Leuk zwembad, standaard ontbijt'

'I loved the idea of the suite. We had a small living area a bar a kitchen with two queen beds that were comfortable. The thing is, the tv in the living area didn’t work, there was a great deal of rust on the knob to turn the water on in the tub, the bathroom vent didn’t work, and the floor was not clean. The property was clean and well maintained and the staff was nice. Again I loved the idea but I don’t think I’d stay here again.'

'HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! The hotel looks absolutely nothing like the pictures advertised. The property is old, poorly maintained, smells terrible, and even the door locks don't work properly. But the worst part was the cockroach infestation. 'Waited 20 minutes for the front desk clerk to show up at check in. Disgusting room. Should have slept in the car'

'Experience five-star comfort at this business chain hotel! The front desk receptionists actually surpasses the standards found at many five-star hotels. I highly recommend the Drury hotel.'

'Excellent service, very clean and can't beat price. Breakfast was delicious. I love staying here every time I'm in San Antonio. Highly recommend.'

'Poor quality hotel. The review/scores on hotels.com mentioning a 9+ score are probably produced during long times ago, or fake log-ins. We paid 160$ a night for a studio queen plus sleeping sofa. -Upon arrival there was a bad smell in the room (probably still there from cooking by previous occupants; - the sofa bed was the worst we ever experienced, consisting of a metal frame with a 3 inch mattress totally worn down. It resulted in even our child (28KG) having back pain after a night sleep; -...

'Did a early checkout and the staff supposedly had their system frozen and they needed to reset their system, they asked if I wanted to wait for a receipt kr they can send by email. They never did, talked to expedia and hotel and they basically couldn't do anything because there was no notes said the manager at the hottel. I really hope the with ugly nails who supposedly was going to send the receipt and the other guy who was working with her lose the exact amount or more money they srole from...
