'Coffee in room. Better coffee in lobby. Staff should not move around coffee grinds with their bare hands as I witnessed. If staff say lobby will be unlocked at 6 am for coffee, juice, and granola bars, it should be.'

We paid 160$ a night for a studio queen plus sleeping sofa. -Upon arrival there was a bad smell in the room (probably still there from cooking by previous occupants; - the sofa bed was the worst we ever experienced, consisting of a metal frame with a 3 inch mattress totally worn down. It resulted in even our child (28KG) having back pain after a night sleep; -...
