'This needs to be brought up to management asap. I have been staying there for years and always rated your hotel at 5 stars.
Last time it was horrible and I just figured it was a one time event. You MUST replace your cleaning management team. Never seen a more dirtier room and we had 2. After I complained and it was “cleaned” I still had someone’s fake eye lash on my glass and bloody sheets! Disgusting'

'We were 2 couples that were travelling in the area.
We were very pleased with our stay at Best Western. The hotel was very clean and the surroundings were well maintained. We felt safe in this area. Several close restaurants in the area.
Our room was also clean and comfortable. I could hear the person above us as they were moving around during the night and early morning.
A good variety of breakfast items were served in the morning.
We would definitely return to this Best Western!'

'This property has 2 floors. My room was on the second floor, very far from the top of the stairs. There is no elevator. After I lugged my luggage up the stairs and down the two halls, the key they gave me did not unlock the door. I started to lug my luggage back down the hall when I encountered a man with a ladder. I asked him if he could help me. He took my key back downstairs and had it rekeyed and brought it back up to me.
The room was adequate. The remote did not work to turn on the tv. The...
