'Excellent location (shopping areas, public transport), friendly staff, great view from the room (33rd floor). Interior hotel and room design is getting a bit outdated and could use a refresh, including the bathroom. Would still recommend because of the positive items of this review.'

'Newer hotel, definitely not a 5 star hotel in room, service and breakfast quality. Bathroom smaller than one in Holiday Inn Express. Although rooms were paid in advance at arrival a relative high amount of bail was asked for and the small amount of tourist tax had to be paid directly and could not be put on the bill at check out.
The architect who designed the room should be sent back to school, what a bunch of unpractical errors.

'Extremely clean and comfort hotel. Room is cozy and bit small, but not below than japanese average size. Breakfast food are very delicious, especially their home made cheese is Excellent!'
