'It is a nice and big resort hotel. The breakfast, lunch and dinner are all buffet style and of good quality. The bars are well managed and service is pretty good (eventhough not very swift) The in-house travel agency is a good spot to book a trip to the falls. 'What’s good: Amazing buffet restaurant, great pool, very safe, kind staff. What’s bad: - 1st room had problems with electricity, resulting that the air condition stopped working at 02:00 making it 28 degrees in the room. (Assume this is just bad luck). - The walls are paper thin. Family with children above us decided to renovate their room themselves (that’s how it sounded at least). A lot of noice keeping us awake. - no free bottled water. - staff ‘forgot’ to calculate the promised discount...
