'What’s good: Amazing buffet restaurant, great pool, very safe, kind staff. What’s bad: - 1st room had problems with electricity, resulting that the air condition stopped working at 02:00 making it 28 degrees in the room. (Assume this is just bad luck). - The walls are paper thin. Family with children above us decided to renovate their room themselves (that’s how it sounded at least). A lot of noice keeping us awake. - no free bottled water. - staff ‘forgot’ to calculate the promised discount...

'The hotel was as pictured, very elegant the lobby, the staff very friendly, considering the language barrier, we were lucky the girl spoke Spanish . Room clean comfortable and a very goos view od the area and the beach as advertised. The Jurerê area wis beautiful and we had direct access to the beach, one of the reasons I picked this hotel. Breakfast was very good, the variety was good, loved the breads cheese and I am sucker for hard boiled eggs... Coffee was not good but there was a very food...
