'Localização boa; chuveiro bom; estado de conservação do imóvel ruim, dá uma péssima impressão qdo entramos no apartamento. O fato de não ter roupas de cama piora, pq vemos o real estado do colchão/capa de proteção. Pequenas melhorias, com baixo custo já ajudaria.'
