'El staff se portó excelente en todo momento pero nos acomodaron en una habitación que no es nada parecida a lo que ofrecen en las fotos, sin aire acondicionado y tenia un olor fuerte a viejo.'

'This was the most beautiful, tranquil hotel with so much to do right on site. Everything was super clean and well-maintained and the staff was superb. We felt very cared for and attended to. The food was amazing. Some of the food comes from the property, like avocados, , and plátanos and mandarins! We absolutely loved the food and the drinks from the bar. I highly recommend this place without hesitation!!'

'Excellent property. The staff was amazing and very friendly. The views are beautiful. The rooms were spacious with balconies and a free standing tub. We stayed five days for my son's wedding and it was fairytale like. Enjoyed breakfast and the spa services. The hotel did not disappoint. It is a bit out from the main city. But the hotel has a boulevard of restaurants and shops across the street, a golf course, gym and golf carts for rent. Overall the family loved it. I would definitely recommend...

'We stayed 4 nights. The floor in the entrance hall is old and looks tired. When we checked out we were surprised by the amount to be paid extra. We were charged an outrageous amount for 8 small bottels of Evian water. The water was placed everyday on the side of the wash basin and not in the minibar so we assumed these bottels to be complimentary. It is very dangerous in Bogota to take a cab randomly in the streets so we asked the hotel to call us a cab every time we went out. Turned out we paid...
