'Perfect location, nice rooftop with swimming pool, good breakfast. Cons: only one elevator for an 11 floor building is not sufficient. Too many reservations on the rooftop for party’s. So every day half of the rooftop was not available for the regular guests'

'We arrived late at night, in the rain, with our children in the car. At first, the welcome was cold. The person at the front desk was not warm, not even an umbrella was offered to help us get the kids inside. After a long trip, small gestures like that matter. To be fair, that same person was nicer later, and the interaction improved. The room was pleasant overall.
