'Host is attentive to issues and is very communicative. As other reviews have mentioned the check in and out process is a little over the top. The AC is shut off after each renter so be prepared to arrive to 85 degrees and have to wait for the house to cool down once you turn on at check in if staying during hot weather.'

'Our family of four kids and my partner and I enjoyed getting away from the city over the weekend. We’ve visited other cabin but this one my family enjoyed the most. Not only is it roomy inside but the children enjoyed playing in the water outside. Thank you for allowing us to stay here. We were celebrating my birthday and the fact that I passed the state exam to become a Police Officer in Florida. Our stay here was great and the kids would definitely want to return!!'

Lots of nice touches…snacks, popcorn machine, wood for outdoor fire & supplies for s’mores, breakfast foods available, etc. Owner very responsive, polite & easy to work with. Only complaint about the house was it needed a good deep cleaning. I’m sure it’s hard to accomplish this with the few hours they have between check out & check in. We did have issues with the listing on VRBO - when booked (almost a year ago) the listing did say events up to 50 people....

'My husband and I stayed here for a weekend. We had a very relaxing stay, just what we were looking for! Also, caught a few fish. This place is well stocked with all your daily essentials. The view of the river is beautiful. The property owner is very responsive and helpful. We hope to visit this cabin again or check out another property from this same owner in the future soon(:'

We didn't spend time at the pool because we were visiting with friends, and it was rainy outside, but the pool area looked very nice and the property owner had just recently improved the deck. 'We loved the cabin and our small dogs loved the fenced yard where they could roam without a lead (they are city dogs and always on a leash when outside). The only disappointment was we could not access the sandbar because the river was above flood stage our entire trip. Was very relaxing to just nag out and read! The kitchen is very well appointed.'
