'The location of this property is fantastic. It was only a little noisy from the neighboring restaurants on Saturday night, and even then it wasn't terrible. Parking is tight, but we had no issues with it. The property is very no frills. You have to bring everything with you - linens, towels, comforter, etc. What we didn't like: The murphy bed is ridiculously firm. We did not sleep well at all. This is a matter of preference, but it was even too firm for one of us who loves a firm bed. ...

'My family came down from Pennsylvania for a 4-day, 3-night stay and we had a great experience. My daughters especially loved the pool—perfect for when the waves at the beach were a bit too rough. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The outlets, grocery stores, and even a Wawa were close by, which made us feel right at home. Alex, the owner, was accessible the entire time and made sure everything went smoothly. We’d definitely stay here again!'

'Could not have asked for more value for our money! This was our first trip to Rehoboth/Dewey Beaches and we didn't know what to expect. This turned out to be a great launch pad to learn about the area. Bonus: it's maybe a 10 minute, at most, walk to the beach, with three teenagers, pulling our beach wagon. Very clean, spacious townhome. Emphasis on clean, almost like you are staying at a friends or family members' home. Two bedrooms with queen sized beds, and a third bunkroom for 5-6 kids...
