Perfect for family beach trips, friends’ weekends, festival stays, and two-family getaways, the home sleeps up to 8 guests and offers the best of both beach towns while tucked inside a quiet community.

Guests enjoy the seasonal shared outdoor community pool & tennis/pickleball court, the end unit townhome has a private patio with gas grill, outdoor shower, outdoor dining table, comfortable lounge seating, bright sunroom, 9’ shuffleboard table, high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs, self check-in, two assigned free parking spaces, bed linens, bath towels, beach gear, and a fully stocked kitchen.

The location is one of our favorite parts of the home. Reho Retreat is on Rehoboth’s “Forgotten Mile,” walking distance to Big Fish Grill and Jungle Jim’s Waterpark, and close to outlet shopping, the Rehoboth Boardwalk, Funland, restaurants, and family-friendly attractions. Guests also love the convenient back route to downtown Rehoboth, which helps avoid Route 1 traffic almost entirely. Biking to downtown Rehoboth is possible using the back way without crossing Route 1, and there is a bike rack just steps from the back patio where guests can secure bikes.

The home comfortably sleeps 6 in bedrooms, with room for up to 8 using the queen sleeper sofa. The layout works beautifully for two families traveling together, group trips, friends’ weekends, and relaxed beach getaways.

Hair dryers are provided in both upstairs bathrooms, along with bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Outdoor Living & Beach Amenities

Beach days and relaxed evenings are easy here. The private patio, surrounded by lush seasonal landscaping, includes comfortable outdoor seating, a 4-seat dining table, and gas grill — perfect for dinner outside or winding down after a day in the sun. The outdoor shower makes beach cleanup simple before heading back inside.

We provide four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards, a cooler, and complimentary beach towels for guest use to help make packing easier. These are personal household items we are happy to share with guests, and we simply ask that they be treated with care and returned to the home after use.

Indoor Comfort & Entertainment

The end-unit townhome includes a bright sunroom, perfect for morning coffee, reading, or quiet downtime.

One of our favorite features is the 9’ shuffleboard table — perfect for family game nights, rainy afternoons, or a little friendly competition after the beach. If you haven’t played shuffleboard before, you’re missing out!

Community Features

Guests enjoy access to the seasonal community swimming pool, usually open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend and sometimes slightly extended based on weather, as well as the tennis/pickleball court, beautifully maintained grounds, and two assigned parking spaces. A pool fob is provided during your stay.

Please note: The community pool does not have a lifeguard. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Security Disclosure

For guest and property security, there is an exterior Ring doorbell camera located to the right side of the front door. The camera faces the exterior front entry area only. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.

After Booking

You will receive a detailed digital Welcome Guide with check-in instructions, parking details, community guidelines, house information, and our favorite local restaurants and activities. We want you to feel fully prepared before you arrive. Your front door code will be sent on the day of check-in.

Two-night minimum stays are welcomed most of the year, with some holiday and peak-season exceptions.

Primary renter must be 25 years or older and must stay at the property for the full reservation.
We do not accommodate high school, senior week, college, or party groups.
This home is located in a quiet residential community with many full-time residents. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm–8am.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
No pets permitted.
