Located just East of Rt 1 in Rehoboth in The Forgotten Mile this well-appointed, three-level, four-bedroom townhome is close to both Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches. Tanger Outlets is less than 2 miles away, and scores of local restaurants within 5 miles. So many mini-golf courses in that same area that you'll never be able to get to all of them in a week! Funland, with bumper cars, rides, and arcade games is 1.2 miles away.

Parking for 3 cars, and 2 Rehoboth Town Parking Permits Included! Note that the permits are only required during the summer season.

Staying at Starlyte Sands will be an unforgettable experience. As you walk through the front door, you will be greeted by a wall of whimsical hooks, setting the mood for a fun stay. The furnishings and decor are personally chosen, creating a vibrant and inviting ambiance.

The living room is equipped with comfortable seating arrangements and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the local area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary appliances and amenities, ideal for whipping up your favorite meals or trying your hand at local recipes.

The bedrooms offer cozy sleeping arrangements with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space for your belongings. The bathrooms are spacious and modern, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of adventure.

The outdoor space gives you the opportunity to enjoy the lovely weather without leaving the house. The property has a deck off of the gathering area, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a relaxing glass of wine in the evening. There is a patio area off of the first-level master suite at ground-level, as well.

First floor contains foyer, garage and one of the master suites with attached bathroom and walk-out patio. Garage is stocked with sand chairs and toys to use while you visit (and a beverage refrigerator!) There is a beach cart to haul your stuff, if you decide to walk to the beach.
The second floor is the main living area with a large kitchen w/breakfast area and bar seating overlooking the dining area. There is a large great room and a powder room.
The comfortable sectional sofa and wall mounted TV is great for the whole group to gather. The TV stand contains tons of DVDs, games & puzzles, and books to enjoy during your visit. There is also a deck (overlooking green space) on this floor for your leisure. The third floor contains another master suite with attached bathroom, two bedrooms with bunk beds, and a hall bathroom.

There is also a heated pool (open from Memorial Day through Labor Day) exclusively for the 8 units of Scarborough Square! There is enough parking for 3 cars (and garage space for bikes, scooters, etc.). This home backs up to an elementary school with playgrounds, fields, basketball, tennis and pickleball courts for your use (during non-school hours).

It’s just a 0.9-mile jaunt to the beach via the Turtle Bridge over Silver Lake.
Close to Rt 1 transportation, shopping (tax-free!), and restaurants.
