Waterfront Family Vacation (Unit 546) 4 Bed / 3 Bath Huisdiervriendelijk huis!

Geniet van het ongelooflijke uitzicht op de jachthaven vanuit dit huis! Deze spectaculaire huis gelegen aan de waterkant bij Pot-Nets Bayside, beschikt over 4 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers, een Outdoor veranda met uitzicht op de jachthaven en wijd open leefruimte dat de keuken, eet-en woonkamers te combineren. Neem een ​​5-minuten durende wandeling langs de Marina Promenade aan de immer populaire Paradise Grill te krijgen. Zwembaden, strand, tennis en speeltuinen zijn op de site. Boot Slips zijn te huur voor $ 40 per dag. Een Golf Car is opgenomen met deze eigenschap, zonder extra kosten. Kinderen zijn van harte welkom en zo zijn huisdieren! (Zie hieronder voor onze Pet Policy) Geweldige locatie om te kajakken en Stand Up Paddleboards! Het is een korte rit naar World Famous Baywood Greens Golf Course (10 minuten), de Tax-Free Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minuten), en de schilderachtige binnenstad gebied van Rehoboth Beach en Lewes (30 minuten).

We hebben een 7-night minimum verblijf tijdens onze zomerseizoen. Check-in is om 4 uur op zondag, en check out is om 10 uur op zondag. We hebben 2-night minimum verblijf op alle andere tijden van het jaar.

Blijf bij ons voor 7 nachten en ontvang gratis onze Lifestyle pakket! Deze kaart is inclusief een cadeaubon van USD 100 voor het Paradise Grill Restaurant en 2 gratis rondes golf op Baywood Greens Golf Course (maandag tot en met donderdag, na 13:00 uur) en gebruik uw eigen privé-golfwagen om de gemeenschap te verkennen.

Boot glijdt liggen op loopafstand van elk huis, en zijn beschikbaar op wie het eerst komt het eerst maalt. Op het moment dat u uw vakantiehuis reserveren, bel ons om uw Marina reservering te maken ook. Onze boot glijdt zijn 24 voet lang, 14 voet breed, en kan een 32 voet lange boot aanleggen. Gemiddelde waterdiepte is 4 voet bij laag tij.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was in the best location possible in Pot Nets bayside. It is a super close walk to the Paradise grill, but also not too close. It was quiet at night inside the home when sleeping, but if you go out in the porch in the evenings you can still hear the bands playing at the Paradise grill. The rooms are very large and it’s a great setup for big family gatherings. The driveway was large enough to hold 4 cars, and there is overflow parking nearby (you get two tags for overflow parking). The 2 pools were very nice. The beach does not allow dogs. There is a dog park located near one of the pools that was quite nice. Things I was very happy to have and didn’t realize: the home had its own shed and you have access to a golf cart that can hold 4 people! This is so much fun and makes getting around the community so much easier! Just be aware that there isn’t a way to know how much battery life it has, so keep it charged up and don’t go out for too long. There is also a grill in the shed which was nice for cooking - the home has grill utensils also, and it comes with two propane tanks. The boat docks are right out front of the home. You can rent them for $40/day if you give advanced notice. Things to know before you go so you know what to bring: definitely bring bug spray for the porch! Lots of gnats and mosquitoes. You will be supplied linens, but you will need to put your own sheets on each bed when you arrive. The fans on the porch don’t work, if you have a small fan it may be nice to bring it along for the porch to blow the bugs away. You will be supplied toilet paper and some extra as well. They have cleaning supplies available in a cleaning closet including dish soap - so you don’t need to bring that. No beach towels, chairs, or beach toys provided. No toiletries provided.

Everyone loves coming here. The rental home itself was beautiful, clean and was in a great location. It helped make the week very enjoyable for all!

We live locally, but rented 5 of these homes to receive out-of-town family and friends, at a location just minutes away from Baywood. Everyone loved walking or taking the golf car to Paradise Grill. The houses were super clean, easy check-in & check-out process. Plenty of places to sit, enjoy each other & look at great scenery. We didn't turn on the TV once. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking large meals, when we didn't eat at restaurants. Highly recommend!

The combination on the door wouldn't work and we were locked out for an hour while security tried to figure out how to get us into the house. The house lacked some useful things like plastic wrap, foil, etc. One of the window blind wands in one of the bedrooms did not work and one of the window blinds in the front had a broken slat. We like that linens are provided and we love the porch!

We had a few minor issues that for the price we paid I wish we didn’t have. The central air was very dirty and wasn’t working my daughter actually cleaned the filter and we were back in business. A 4 Person Golf Court came with the rental I think it should’ve been bigger and the battery died on us four times while we were in the park. And the home could of been cleaner but we took care of that as well. Other than those two issues we had we loved it so much that we are looking to possibly purchase. If not purchase we will definitely be back next year

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! We also really appreciated being able to bring our two dear dogs with us. Very pet-friendly and we all enjoyed the front porch, especially. Just beautiful! The golf cart was an extra bonus!

Excellent, Clean, Spacious.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this place. It was our 3rd stay and we plan to return again. Great location, well furnished, plenty of space.
