Tweede verdieping unit met 2 Master BR's dit strand huis is een lichte oase met uitzicht op bomen en lucht vanuit elke kamer en het rustige afgeschermde balkon. Lay-out van condo zorgt voor privacy in beide slaapkamers - woonkamer scheidt de slaapkamers en elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen gehecht privébad - perfect voor 2 koppels of stel (s) met kinderen. 3 openbare stranden binnen 10 minuten, een privézwembad (2 andere zwembaden op het terrein) en tennisbanen. Kan wandelen of fietsen naar de stad of op het strand. Ontspan door te bellen naar een in-house massage, shiatsu of kinderopvang die persoonlijk door de eigenaar is aanbevolen. Nieuw geïnstalleerde ultramoderne tv's in elke kamer die is uitgerust met Netflix. Soundbar op 40 'tv in de woonkamer geeft u surroundgeluid en de mogelijkheid om uw favoriete muziekbron (ipod, iphone of computer) aan te sluiten.

Getaway

Nice condo 2nd floor in a quiet complex. 10 minutes to Rehoboth and Dewey beaches. Brought our own sheets and blankets, which was fine but there weren’t any dish towels or paper towels provided. The keurig needs to be cleaned and whoever used the toaster oven last left it a mess. There were 3 TV,s…one in living room and one in each bedroom. We could not figure out how to turn the TVs on in the bedrooms or should I say connect to the cable network. The TV in the living room you could get onto the infinity’s channels, but they were only eight of them. Everything else had to be subscribed to. The enclosed balcony was very nice and the condo was clean and in great shape. Loved having the washer and dryer in unit. Beds were very comfortable.

As Represeted in Listing Would Rent Again

Owner very responsive. Everything in working order. Place was well stocked with all the necessities including some extras like garbage bags, plastic wrap, room spray etc. Spacious bedrooms and walk in closets with luggage racks. Kitchen pretty disorganized no doubt due to all the renters coming and going but all the items needed to cook were there. Nice leafy view from balcony. Bed I slept in was SUPER comfortable. In a nice neighborhood and extremely convenient to downtown Rehoboth, restaurants the outlets and grocery stores. You could easily ride a bike into town but you do have to cross Route 1 (there is a light). Easy to access Netflix and Prime video. I was there off season and it was very quiet but the last two nights someone was in an adjoining apartment and I could hear them. Did not use the pool as the weather was bad. There is a covered bike rack in the first floor open air vestibule. I would rent again. Only complaint is poor lighting - it was dark and rainy most of the days I was there and it was not adequate for those conditions.

Perfect for two friends

Very comfortable appartement, we enjoyed sitting in the screened-in porch and going to the pool steps away. The A/C and fans worked perfectly and the kitchen is very well appointed. As well as sheets and towels, you should bring pillows and extra rolls of TP. Rehoboth has a great beachy vibe! Loved it!

Disappointing is an Understatement

There has to be a mildew problem, as the air feels very damp throughout the entire condo. There is also a smell of dog pee throughout the entire place. We couldn’t use the front bedroom the first night, as there was blood on the mattress pad! The owner asked if we wouldn’t mind washing it, but it’s okay if we didn’t want to since we were on vacation. We did, since we needed to actually use that bedroom. Very inconvenient for it to be unusable the first night. My teenage son would wake up with new bug bites, which almost looked like fresh welts, every morning. We inspected the house but didn’t see any evidence of bed bugs, so not sure what was going on there. The air conditioning would reset to 78-83 degrees every few hours, so you would wake up to a sweltering house every day. When you came back after whatever you did for the day, it would be sweltering again. We also couldn’t use some outlets in the living room because the breaker kept tripping. The house instructions were very specific, the house needed to be vacuumed by us, but the vacuum is battery operated and it died after I finished the master bedroom. It’s disappointing because you expect to have an almost hotel like experience when you spend thousands of dollars on a property and run into the above mentioned issues. The property served its purpose, but we weren’t happy. Will definitely not be rebooking at this specific place. If I would have known then what I know now, I would have spent double to stay somewhere else

Very clean, nice and comfortable! Plenty of pots, pans, dishes & utensils, etc. Beds very comfortable!! Nice and quiet, very safe neighborhood. The only thing that did not seem up to par was the Internet service. Movies occasionally froze up, then resumed. Also difficult to get a signal in the bedroom TV.

Rehoboth refresh

It was so nice to have restful surroundings for our reunion. Friend and I had not seen each other in about 4 years so it was great to each have our own space and comfy communal areas. Location was ideal to nearby sites and amenities. The condo is as Dawn our host described.

We absolutely LOVE it here!

We have stayed two years in a row during off season. It’s spacious for two families and it feels like home. I love the screened in balcony and the washer and dryer is such an added convenience. Location is great - close to beaches and so many restaurants! The owner is very easy to contact and very nice. We can’t wait to go back!

We found the property to be exactly as advertised and remarkably well equipped, especially in the kitchen. The layout is with separate bedrooms and bathrooms was nice for a group like ours. We found the owner/manager to be very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay at Dawn's place. Her condo was clean and well furnished. We appreciated the extra amenities, such as beach chairs and umbrellas. Great location, close to everything, and within walking distance to restaurants. Our rooms were comfortable. Dawn was very responsive to all our questions. We would stay here again!

Amazing stay!

We decided to do something different for thanksgiving and took a chance on renting a condo in rehoboth beach. Best decision ever! The condo was exactly as described and in close proximity to downtown as well as neighboring cities. The condo was also immaculate and just the right size for our family. Will definitely be coming back!
