  • Drie verdieping, 5 aan het strand (1 koning, 3 koningin, 1 single) einde eenheid TH op The Grande op Canal Pointe! Balkon, terras en patio om zonsondergangen en vijverfontein te bekijken. Land om te rennen, speel frisbee, b-ball en grill. Onze eigen Blue Heron bezoekt onze vijver! Huis privacy met comfortabele vergaderruimtes, extra slaapplaatsen op Queen uittrekbare bank in semi-privé LL zitkamer. Mooie goed uitgeruste granieten keuken, comfortabel ingericht, kinderspeelkamer / twin bd. Bubbelbad in de tuin. Gelegen aan het hoofd van het prachtige Junction-Breakwater-pad, ongeveer 1,5 km rijden naar het strand, 3 fietsen voor volwassenen beschikbaar. Loop naar 2 gemeenschappelijke zwembaden, hoepels, 2 clubhuizen met trainingsfaciliteiten, jeu de boules, tennis en sjoelen. Loop naar Revelation Brewery, een geweldige gemeenschapswater. Een halve mijl tot het begin van Tanger Outlets en Rehobeth Ave hotspots, Waterpark, Go Carts, Films, Putput Golf, & Rt. 1 restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The host was very accommodating. I highly recommend this place. It’s a great location as well. It’s only a little over a mile from the beach.

Lovely, well-equipped townhome

We had an excellent stay in Rehoboth and were so happy to be nestled in this beautiful home for the week. We enjoyed having the house bikes available, especially with the trailhead to Lewes just down the street, and the games, foosball table, video streaming, and books gave us plenty to do when we came back from our daily outings.

Very Clean

Fabulous community, with a wonderful pool for the whole family. Close enough to the beach to bike. The house is spacious and eight of us had plenty of room. Owner Scott is a very good communicator. What a great vacation!

Great Vacation Home

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was super clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. It was really nice to sit out on the deck and enjoy the pond and fountain. Scott was quick to respond to any questions we had through the week. A very relaxing vacation. Thanks!

This property has everything needed for a fun beach vacation. It has many nice amenities including bikes, beach chairs and the community pool that was in walking distance was very nice! The property is extremely clean and accurately represented in photos and description. The host was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions. He also offered several tips for getting around the area that was very thoughtful!

Nice Place

The house was perfect for what we needed, we came as a family to go to the beach. Plenty of space in the living area and seating for eating. The community pool was nice. The hose was very responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. They even checked on us during our stay to make sure things were going good. It was a great place to stay. When we go again we will certainly look into staying there.

Vacation 2023

The property is wonderful. It is clean and well maintained. We loved our week with our sons and their families. We enjoyed the beach , boardwalk, and playing games on the rainy days. Great way to reconnect with our grandchildren!
