  • Dit huis in "The Pines" zal wow you! Kom tot rust in dit onlangs gerenoveerde 3BR, 2BA, tweeledige eengezinswoning dat rolstoeltoegankelijk is. Ja, dat klopt een prachtig strandhuis dat rolstoeltoegankelijk is. Het onderste niveau van dit huis biedt een goed doordacht renovatie met uitgebreide deur jams, ramps om in en uit het huis te krijgen, straatstenen van de straat voor een gemakkelijke rolstoel toegang tot de oprit en op straat, onderste niveau master suite w / ensuite, verwijderbare oprit voor de achterste drie seizoen kamer, en nog veel meer. Op het onderste niveau van dit huis, zult u een geweldige gerenoveerde keuken w / roestvrij staal apparatuur, kwarts keuken aanrechtbladen, mooie plavuizen vloer, hardhouten vloeren, een woonkamer w / flatscreen-tv, blue ray DVD en eettafel om tegemoet 8 personen plus island ruimte voor meer zitplaatsen. Het tweede niveau biedt twee slaapkamers, grote achterdek, en een complete badkamer. Slapen 8 personen comfortabel was er geen detail vergeten, fietsen, strandspullen, strandwagon zijn beschikbaar voor onze gasten, een eigen parkeerplaats voor maximaal 2 auto's, en buitendouche. ** KATTEN ZIJN GEBEURD OP EIGENDOM **
    "The Pines" is een fantastische locatie met een prachtig landschap, beboste veel, slechts 5 blokken naar onze beroemde Rehoboth Beach & Boardwalk en slechts 1 blok naar Rehoboth Ave. Rehoboth Beach staat bekend om hun vijf sterren kwaliteit eten en dit huis is gelegen op loopafstand van vele beroemde restaurants zoals Dog Fish Head, Zomerhuis, Crystal Diner, gekweekte parel, en nog veel meer. Profiteer van de grote gemeenschap speeltuin op Grove Street, neem wandeling naar Lewes met behulp van de Junction Breakwater Trail slechts een paar straten verderop, kijk op onze TAX FREE Tanger Outlets, of een leuke dag met de kinderen bij Jungle Jim's water park. Profiteer van onze lokale Jolly Trolley en breng een dag of een avond door op Dewey Beach, zoveel te doen in onze prachtige stad.

Rehoboth Beach Family Vacation

When we arrived the house was clean and ready for our family to start our vacation. The house was perfect for our family and made it seem as if it was our home. It was the perfect distance from the boardwalk and still within walking distance of all shops. We will be looking at this property for future trips.

We really enjoyed the outdoor screened in porch as well as the inside rooms. We especially appreciated how the fans and light switches were labeled. Having the use of a wagon and beach equipment was just so convenient.Great location with parking permits were another plus.We loved being there with our family.

Came as a group of 8 friends and had a great time. Access to the beach supplies in the shed was a huge bonus and made the trip to the beach from the house pretty easily walkable

Very comfortable with well equipped kitchen. The light switches and dimmers were very confusing at first but we figured it out finally. Great location with wonderful proximity to restaurants, boardwalk and farmer's market. Loved the 2 parking passes. Would definitely come back!

Great location and space

There were a few things left behind from the former renter before us we had to make sure was removed upon us checking out to avoid getting penalized for it. Size is good for a group of 6. Rooms not as quiet and extremely bright so hard for kiddos to sleep or nap without darkness.

We originally booked the property for 2 kids, 5 able-bodied adults and one in a wheelchair. The guest in a wheelchair wasn't able to make it, but it would have been perfect for him. He would have been able to get around the first floor without assistance.

Great home in a great location

Really, everything was wonderful. We were certainly happy and would stay again for sure! I would just note that you have to bring your own linens/towels or rent them from ReMax. And that if you have young ones that will wake up with light, know that the bedroom curtains do not block out too much light and also that there are high windows in the upstairs bedrooms that have no curtains, so there is a lot of morning light coming in from there as well. But other than that, it was perfect - thank you!

We had a great time staying here. The house is kid friendly with an open floor plan, bunk beds, and outdoor shower. We had a great time playing in the backyard and walking to Rehoboth avenue. The house was perfect for our family of five.

Excellent property for wheelchair user

Overall a great property. Clean, comfortable, modern. We loved having the windows open and enjoying the sea breezes. Kitchen was easy to cook in. It was an easy walk to the main shopping area and restaurants, and the bikes were a nice bonus too. Best of all, the modifications for a wheelchair user were perfect. Our daughter uses a wheelchair and it was very comfortable for her as well- ramps, wide doorways, roll in shower with handheld sprayer, pocket doors, etc. The rocks in the driveway were tricky for our wheelchair van, but we managed. A lovely vacation spot for us- which is not easy to find!! Thank you!

Clean and great location

We were very happy with how clean the location is. It was just under a mile down to the boardwalk/Beach and made for a great morning walk. So wonderful location for people who want to walk and explore. Linens aren't provided so just make sure not only you bring bath towels but a bath mat and hand towels to dry off your hands. Extra blankets too, only a single blanket was provided on the bed and was very thin. Overall, we would stay again!

Accessible and Comfortable

The main reason we selected this home was because of the walk-in shower and accessible ramp. The house was nicely decorated and very clean on check-in. Not very close to the beach for walking, but parking passes were included so we just drove and parked in an un-metered area right next to the beach. Not sure how to judge the whole experience because of the COVID restrictions, but we enjoyed a very relaxing week and made use of the very well stocked kitchen. Thank you also for having a starter quantity of supplies! Would stay again if we come to Rehoboth area!

Great accessible home!

Thank you so much for sharing a wonderful accessible home! My husband is in a wheelchair and had no issues getting in or out of the home! The only complaints would be the plants growing up through the ramp and the stone driveway. He got his power chair stuck in the stones on day 2 and we had to call 911 to get him out, not a big deal but stones are hard for wheelchairs. The kitchen and bathrooms are great and we loved the screened in porch! Thank you for the use of the bikes, such a nice ride to the beach and around Rehoboth! The house was really clean ( except one upstairs closet had candy wrappers in it and there were socks left in the dresser.) The grill worked great and the back yard, though small provided some bird and squirrel watching!

Beach Week

The house was great. If we didn’t have an 1.5 yr old and a 3 year old the bedrooms would have worked. Because of the openness of the second floor and the skylights, it just didn’t work at night. We had to leave the downstairs lights off except for the kitchen when the children went to bed. Would not recommend if you have toddlers. Upstairs bathroom was tiny. Nice deck and screened in porch and yard.Comfortable house.

Great place and super close to downtown Rehoboth. The house lacks towels, sheets, or enough toilet paper, so be prepared to bring/purchase that stuff before arriving.

Great Stay for 2 families

House was as described. Really cute. Great kitchen. Well appointed with kitchen and beach essentials. Location was good. We drove to the beach but that was fine. The only negative I would say is that the walls or windows are thin. Could hear people next door talking on deck into night from bedroom. Also from bedroom into living room. It didnt bother the kids though! A sound machine would do the trick. Nice house!
