Super comfy and stylish, the home can accommodate up to six guests with 2 queen and 1 double bed... and of course there is room for you pup too, with a minimum $300 pet fee and addendum. Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. Have a cloudy day? Enjoy a guilty pleasure and binge-watch your favorite shows on the LR smart TV or take a short walk to the Rehoboth Beach Museum which is steps away, or visit the renowned Rehoboth Art League Galleries. BONUS: This luxury home comes with bed linen and towel concierge service, so all beds are MADE for you upon arrival. (Sorry, no beach towels.) Guests pay a $165 cleaning fee for each stay. Paper and personal hygiene products are not included. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.

ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation.
