1 Belangrijkste niveau met 3 slaapkamers en een hoekje met queen size futon.
1 lager niveau met een extra slaapkamer. Alle nieuwe meubels en LED-TV's
De ruime binnenplaats beschikt over een eettafel en lounge stoelen met een high-end en grill.

Beautiful home, super close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The property has plenty of room, was clean, and we really enjoyed it. We had absolutely beautiful weather during our early October stay, it couldn't have been more perfect! The only unfavorable thing (that is totally an easy fix) is that there were no trash bins in the bathrooms, so that was inconvenient having one of our trash bags randomly just in there. It also would have been better if there was quicker response time, and more accurate responses to our questions instead of auto-responses from the property manager.But, overall, we had a wonderful stay. We would totally recommend, and would love to stay again next time we are in Rehoboth Beach!

Super clean and nicely decorated. New sectional couch was really comfy. Great for our dog..nice little area in back for him to roam. Kitchen is nicely appointed, has everything you need. Towels and sheets provided were soft and so much better than a hotel! Would definitely stay again. Noise from bar next door wasn’t really an issue as we went to bed late anyway. Close to everything. It was perfect.

This place was amazing! Clean, modern, spacious, comfortable and as close as you can get to all the fun at Rehoboth Beach. Pictures in VRBO look just like the place. No surprises. As for the bar noise, it didn’t bother me. I will book this place again.

Great Summer Family Vacation Spot

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this rental. We had a great stay and the property was perfect for all of us. Ample room for everyone to comfortably stay and relax. The kitchen was great and had all the supplies needed to cook for the week. We would stay at this property again!

House was nice and clean and in a good location with easy walking to many restaurants and shops. Be aware that it is located right next to a bar with outdoor seating and music. You can hear music into the evening especially on Friday and Saturday nights. Also note that while the air conditioning seemed to be working OK, the fabric furniture felt damp? Overall - very good experience.

Great location, great place

You can’t get any closer to the action. Located one block from Rehoboth Ave, anything we wanted to do was steps outside our door. The only downside (due to the location) is having to park a third car several blocks away because metered parking is all you’ll find nearby. This was our best rental experience in reho thus far. Don’t let reviews about the bar noise next door scare you (Aqua - super fun!) It wasn’t nearly as loud as some reviews might indicate. Definitely recommend!

Hazardous place to stay without repairs

Before booking you need to confirm repairs have been made for health and safety purposes. Both indoor showers leak to the point that we couldn’t use one of the showers the whole trip, nor did we use the downstairs for our kids to sleep in as the leak was dripping through a light fixture in the basement. On top of that, when we reported the leak we were told the owner and/or plumber would drop by at no specific time which was extremely inconvenient and wasted a lot of our vacation time waiting around for someone to stop by. On top of that, the owner made it sound like the leak was just discovered by the last renters, but based on other reviews they knew about it for at least six weeks. It also means there’s probably extensive water damage and mold issues downstairs due to the leak. In addition to this, many other amenities we paid for were not functioning like the grill and the dishwasher. There were also quite a few hazards like an electrical outlet that kept popping out every time we opened a drawer in the kitchen, which was extremely unsafe especially because we had young kids in the house. Many of the floating shelves also seemed very loose and precarious. Overall we had a very poor experience and did not receive what we paid for and I would not recommend this property or any others rented by this property manager.

Noisy restaurant next door ruined stay

This home is next to Aqua Restaurant. The bedroom windows are literally 15 feet from an outdoor beer garden that plays LOUD music until 1 am. We got in on a Saturday evening after long day of travel and were greatly disappointed by the noisy music & loud talking from the restaurant. Then Sunday morning we were awoken by loud music again with an early morning yoga program at same restaurant. Do not stay here if you want to relax in the evenings & want to sleep in. Loud garbage trucks always cleaning bottles from next door. Apartment above has creaking floorboards & unfortunately the people staying above us were up in the wee hours. Ugh, it was a bummer all around.

Nice location and nicely furnished but repairs need done. Dishwasher didn’t work, ice maker in freezer didn’t work. My husband had to fix the grill for it to turn on and seal in main shower needed repaired.

Cool house!

Super modern house, great location! We walked everywhere!.. only issues were the parking and how loud the bar next store got on weekend nights.. otherwise, we loved our stay. Property manager was very attentive and friendly. Would stay again, maybe with less people, and maybe not with the kiddos because of the noise. Sort of a trade off Bc of the location. We really enjoyed our week 😎☀️

The outdoor space was useful for grilling and storing beach toys/chairs. Outdoor shower was great! There was a mirror missing in the master bath and the ice maker in the freezer was broken. It made it difficult to manage taking ice out. The noise from the restaurant next door made it difficult to sleep.

Great Location and Clean!

The location was perfect. Literally, walk to everything - beach, restaurants, boardwalk. The house was very clean and open with a lot of sleeping options and 2 parking spaces. However, the place needs a little TLC. I would have paid extra to have the sheets clean and on the bed when I arrived instead of having to make all the beds - after all I am on vacation! The bedding needs to be updated/cleaned. It was ripped and had stains on it so we usually just slept with the sheet. All linens need to be washed too before you check out according to their in house instructions. I’ve rented a lot and never had to do this so getting up early to wash and attempt to dry all linens w/ one washer/dryer is difficult - especially if you plan to be on the road early. The master bath mirror/shelf was also ripped off the wall and hadn’t been fixed. Just a little TLC needed and maybe a revision to the linen policy or state that in your contract and I’d give this place 5 stars.
