Nieuwe 5BR Home (Grand Slam House II), dicht bij strand en fietspad

Welkom bij "Grand Slam Haus II Rehoboth" aan de Canal Pointe-gemeenschap, ten oosten van Route 1 en op loop- / fietsafstand van het centrum van Rehoboth of de stranden.
Het huis heeft 5 slaapkamers op drie niveaus en in totaal vier volledige baden. De luxe keuken staat open voor de Great Room tegenover een ontbijtbar en draait om de open haard met een flatscreen-tv. The Owner's Suite bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping en beschikt over een enorme inloopkast en een echt spa-achtig bad, met apart bad en douche. Twee andere slaapkamers bevinden zich op de eerste verdieping. Twee grote slaapkamers met een eigen complete badkamer bevinden zich boven en in de kelder.

Zowel kinderen als volwassenen zullen dol zijn op de grote recreatieruimte met tafelspellen (ping-pong en converteerbare pool- / airhockeytafel), evenals een zithoek met een flatscreen-tv en XBOX. Een afgeschermde veranda is een perfecte plek om te ontspannen.


Het huis is gelegen in het luxueuze The Grande at Canal Pointe community. Clubhuis, fitnesscentrum, zwembaden, zijn allemaal op loopafstand en vergroten alleen deze geweldige strandgemeenschap. De ENIGE nieuwe gemeenschap ten oosten van Route 1 in Rehoboth ...

Omgeven door beschermde wetlands, het Cape Henlopen State Park en het Lewes and Rehoboth Canal, bestaat natuurlijke schoonheid veruit als de meest verbluffende voorziening van de gemeenschap. Krijg toegang tot de Junction en Breakwater Bike Trails (die Rehoboth en Lewes verbinden) via de ingang van de gemeenschap en waardeer de adembenemende habitat van de Delaware Seashore. Fiets vervolgens naar Rehoboth Beach om te genieten van de beste restaurants van het gebied, ontspan op het strand of speel in de branding en op het zand.

The location was amazing! A 5 min drive to the beach and close to everything. The house was great at well. The pillows throughout the house and couch in the master bedroom could use an updating but other than that it was a great house!

Family vacation stay

We had a great week while staying at this house. It’s a very short drive to the beach and boardwalk. The house is a great size for multiple families to stay at and the accessibility of a pool was awesome. The owner was great and when we had to call about something he took care of it right away. We would highly recommended staying here and would definitely book here again.

Great House!

It was a very comfortable stay for 7 adults and 3 kids! The house was big, clean, and everything was in good working order. We enjoyed how nice and quiet the neighborhood was for morning walks, and only about 5 minutes drive to get to a wide range of restaurants and the beach! Dirk was very responsive from the start to the end of our stay! Highly recommend for a great vacation in Rehoboth!

Family Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely lovely and was stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans. The home is close to grocery stores, outlets and the beach so the location was top notch. Also The owner was very responsive and helpful when we contacted him (which was only once because he managed to think of every detail). The whole family can’t wait to come back!!

We just wrapped up an amazing stay at this beach house, and we couldn’t be more thankful. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home—comfortable, welcoming, and perfect for our family. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing week together.Even though it wasn’t directly on the beach, the location was perfect—just a short drive to the sand, but tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet when we wanted it. We loved coming back after long beach days to unwind on the porch, cook dinner together, and play games as a family.This home gave us the perfect mix of fun and relaxation, and we made so many special memories here. I planned our stay to allow for an extended family gathering. The home has lots of space, plenty of room for everyone to eat together, and spaces for smaller groups to spend time together. The home is close to downtown and the boardwalk. We rented bicycles and enjoyed being able to bike ride to the beach. Many in our group enjoyed the pools in the neighborhood, which was very pretty with lots of flowering trees and bushes. We did have a problem with the kitchen sink backing up, and when a plumber could not be found to address the issue, the owner came himself and took care of it, which was very appreciated. He had the opportunity to interact with members of our family and everyone had a different story to share that they had learned about the history of the house! One of the reasons we chose this house was the accessibility for my parents, who can no longer negotiate stairs. There are only a couple of well-spaced steps to enter the house and did not prov difficult for them. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location of this home was perfect, a short walk to both community pools. The beach, water park, Funland, and great restaurants were a short drive away. The house was clean and inviting. Looking forward to another great vacation in Rehoboth!

Loved our time at the grand slam house!

We really enjoyed our time at the house! It was located in a great area with easy access to the beach via a short drive. We had three separate families, 2 grandparents, and about 7 kids in our group. The house was clean and had plenty of space for everyone! We will definitely be back!

The Glade

This was the second year we stayed at the glade. First, this place is beautiful. The front is nice but once you enter this house everyone just went WOW!!! Second, Dirk is a great person. He help us with any problem we had and got back to us very quickly. Finally, if anyone is looking for a beautiful house, super owner, and a place to just relax this is the place. We loved it!!!

We had another great vacation at this home. It’s a beautiful house with plenty of room for everyone in our family. Having the basement is great for the kids to play or watch movies while the adults cook dinner or play games. Highly recommend!
