    Dit is een zeer goed onderhouden BAYFRONT-huis in de populaire Toll Brothers Resort-gemeenschap van Bayside aan Bethanië-meren. De woning is ingericht als een modelwoning met hardhouten vloeren en heeft vier tv's (inclusief 2 smart-tv's en 2 lcd-tv's), 1 dvd / videorecorder, twee stereo's en een gashaard! Ook twee balkons / dekken met een spectaculair uitzicht op de baai. De keuken is volledig gevuld.

    We hebben comfortabele dekmatrassen en bieden beddengoed voor onze gasten.

    Onze unit is gelegen aan de baai met waterviews vanuit de woonkamer en keuken, de bovenverdieping loft en de slaapkamer met 2 aparte bedden. We zijn op korte loopafstand van het clubhuis (ongeveer 100 meter). U kunt het zwembad vanaf ons terras zien.

    De woonkamer bevindt zich op de begane grond met een damestoilet. Een half niveau hoger is onze keuken en master suite. Boven zijn nog 3 slaapkamers en een complete badkamer evenals de zolder. De wasmachine en droger zijn ook boven. Er zijn 2 dekken - een uit de woonkamer en een uit de zolder boven. Er zijn 2 eetzalen - een tafel voor 4 in de. keuken en een tafel voor 4 in de woonkamer, die een half niveau lager ligt dan de keuken.

    Het Bayside at Bethany Lakes Clubhouse heeft uitstekende voorzieningen (er is een enorme grote kamer met een open haard op gas, een sportbar en een keuken van commerciële kwaliteit die eigenaren en gasten kunnen gebruiken). Er is een binnen- en buitenzwembad, een bubbelbad, een fitnesscentrum, een sauna, een speelkamer met videogames, ping pong en een pooltafel, kleedkamers met douchefaciliteiten, gasgrill bij het buitenzwembad, een buitendouche en WiFi. Er is ook een kajaklancering en een picknickplaats rechts van ons gebouw. Er zijn ook tennisbanen en een kinderspeelplaats. Geen saaie regenachtige dagen hier! Beste clubhuis in Bethany Beach! Zeer leuke gezinsgerichte gemeenschap. ** Clubhuis verzamelt wekelijkse gastentoeslag van $ 30 per persoon ouder dan 4 jaar. Dagelijkse kosten voor kortere verblijven zijn $ 8 per persoon ouder dan 4 jaar. **

Great getaway

Wonderful sunset views, peaceful and quiet. An easy drive to the popular sites, including the beach. Comfy beds too! Definitely would stay here again!

Excellent stay - communication with owner was great and the location, community, amenities and size of the home were great for our family. So much to do close by in the area and also right on site.

The condo was spacious, in a great location on the property with easy parking, clean and comfortable with a well appointed kitchen. The host was extremely communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay in this property again. In addition, the complex has a very kid friendly clubhouse with indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, and game and play spaces. The views from the deck facing the estuary were exceptional and we enjoyed the birdwatching, sunsets and stargazing. We highly recommend this property.

Relaxing Family Getaway

The property was exactly as described. Plenty of chairs to borrow for the beach! The check-in was seamless. The pool area is a great place to chill after sitting on the beach. Beds were comfy and showers were amazing -- great water pressure!

This home was just what we needed to get away and enjoy our family vacation. There was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy our time. The clubhouse was a wonderful break from the beach. This home was conveniently located to the beach, the grocery store and all of the tourist activities we wanted to do. Thank you for allowing us to make memories in your home!

Gorgeous bayfron condo

This was our second time staying in this lovely two floor condo where you can enjoy gorgeous sunsets over the bay. The condo has everything you need and enough room for two families to stay. You also enjoy access for a fee to a great club with pool and gym and you are 10 min drive from downtown Bethany and its beaches. We have already booked our next stay! The owner Annie is incredibly responsive and helpful.

Gorgeous bay views

First Annie was awesome to work with. Bayside at Bethany lakes is a wonderful family vacation. My favorite part of our week was early morning coffee on the deck over looking the bay tranquil bird sanctuary and just so peaceful. The beach was a short drive and the pool and gym a short walk. There was something for everyone .Ocean View is our new favorite area so much so we may retire there in a few years. Thanks for a great week Annie

Perfect Getaway!!

We had an incredible week! The condo was clean, a great size for our needs and the view off the deck was gorgeous!! Communication with the owner was easy-she was responsive and helpful. The Bayside community is amazing. The pools, hot tub, fitness center and sunset gazebo add another level to the experience! The condo is close to the beach, golf and lots of restaurants. Highly recommend this condo!!

We had an awesome stay at this property. The owner had great communication from the day we selected it right in through the day that we checked out. It was a beautiful property and a beautiful neighborhood with a wonderful view of the sunset every night. Great amenities and clubhouse. Will definitely stay at this property again.

Excellent Getaway

Great view

The house was beautiful however we were surprised that the walls and carpet were not very clean. Other than that it was great and there was plenty of space for everyone. The clubhouse and pool were awesome and very clean.

Beautiful location and wonderful stay!

We rented this property for our vacation the other week and could not have been happier. The property was clean when we arrived and the location is perfect. It’s close to the boardwalk and beach and the view of the bayside is fantastic. We enjoyed some amazing sunsets! The amenities are also great especially for little kids (ours are 6 and 3). We would spend mornings at the beach and afternoons at the pool, which also has a wonderful view. The owners are great to work with and made everything very easy. Can’t say enough good things! We will definitely stay here again when visiting Bethany!

A quiet winter escape

A wonderful townhouse with an expansive view of marsh and bay. At this time of year, it was quiet and very relaxing. The house feels more like a home than a rental property. It is fully equipped and immaculately maintained.

Beautiful Property, Accommodating Owner!

My family and I stayed here for 6 days and enjoyed each one. Annie was extremely accommodating and attentive, and the house was everything we wanted and more. We will definitely be staying here again and will spread the word. We strongly recommend this property for a nice family vacation. As an added benefit you'll get front row seats to a beautiful sunset over the bay followed by a sky full of stars if it's a clear enough night!

Outstanding vacation venue

We rented this Unit in conjunction with our annual family reunion. The waterfront location of the condo at Bayside @ Bethany Lakes was ideal for our needs. The unit was located directly on Whites Creek facing West which afforded unobstructed sunset views across the marsh land and the creek. The unit was neat, clean and well appointed. It was very convenient to the beautiful community clubhouse, two pools, fitness center, kayak launch and day dock boat slips. The community itself is a short drive to the Bethany Beach boardwalk, area restaurants and many other attractions. The owner was most accommodating and very interested in providing excellent service. Relaxing week in July. The house was immaculate and welcoming. We had 5 teenagers well satisfied.

Thoroughly enjoyed our week catching up with family. Being able to sit on the porch and look out on the water was most relaxing, even when it rained on Wednesday. A good time was had by all in our group.

Our family really enjoyed our time at the house!

Spefically, we enjoyed having a "vacation" base of operations. We took advantage of the pool and clubhouse, had a cookout on the clubhouse grill, enjoyed the sunsets (and kids enjoyed the wifi). The kitchen was great, allowing us to save some cash by cooking ourselves! Lots of space for a family and friends - and the location was very convenient! We had a great time and would recommend this property to other families vacationing in Bethany!

Great property to rent!

We enjoyed our stay even though the threats of Hurricane Hermine hung over us. The lay out of the rental is ideal and the location is perfect. The sun sets from this property are breath taking. Best of all are the owners. They were always quick to respond and very helpful. We have rented a number of properties and found this one to be one of the best!! We would not hesitate to return.

Simply the best week ever!!

I almost hate writing a review because I would love to keep this little *gem!!* all to myself but BLESS THIS PRECIOUS OWNERS HEART she made our stay all the way from Spain the absolute BEST it could be!! All the helpful info such as restaurants and even where I could find fresh produce at the local farmers market (not those rotten tomatoes at the grocery store ;) ! This owner went above and beyond!! From sunrise to sunset we treasured every single second at this breathtaking property. We simply cannot wait to return. Thank you for everything!
