Seas the Day in dit 4 bed / 4. 5 badkamers prachtig huis!

Het leven is beter op blote voeten in deze zomerverblijf! Ontspan en geniet van het kleurrijke uitzicht op de baai en de zeebries zittend op de open veranda met uitzicht op de jachthaven in dit nieuwe (2019) huis! Gelegen aan de waterkant in Pot-Nets Bayside, dit 4 slaapkamers, 4. 5 badkamers huis zorgt voor grote bijeenkomsten in de ruime woon / eetkamer. Het huis is gesierd met veel ramen en glazen schuifdeuren die het prachtige kustlicht het huis laten overstromen. Maak een wandeling van 5 minuten langs de promenade van de jachthaven om naar de immer populaire Paradise Grill, privéstrand, vis- en krabpieren te gaan. Zwembaden, tennis, honkbalveld en speeltuinen zijn aanwezig. Bootslips zijn te huur voor $ 40 per dag. Een golf auto is inbegrepen bij deze woning zonder extra kosten. Kinderen zijn welkom en huisdieren ook! Geweldige locatie voor kajakken en stand-up paddleboarding! Het is een korte rit naar de wereldberoemde golfbaan Baywood Greens (10 minuten), belastingvrije Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minuten) en de schilderachtige binnenstad van Rehoboth Beach en Lewes (30 minuten).

HUISDIERENBELEID: Dit apparaat is huisdiervriendelijk. Er is een maximum van 2 honden (alleen honden). Eigenaar van het dier moet $ 20 extra per huisdier per nacht schoonmaakkosten betalen. ALS U VAN plan bent EEN HUISDIER MEE TE BRENGEN, BEL DAN EN SPREEK MET ONZE RESERVATIONIST.

We hebben een verblijf van minimaal 7 nachten tijdens ons zomerseizoen. Inchecken is op zondag om 16:00 uur en op zondag om 10:00 uur is uitchecken. We hebben minimaal 2 nachten op alle andere momenten van het jaar.

Blijf 7 nachten bij ons en ontvang ons gratis Lifestyle-pakket! Dit omvat een cadeaubon van $ 100 voor het Paradise Grill Restaurant en 2 gratis rondes op de golfbaan Baywood Greens (maandag tot en met donderdag na 13.00 uur).

Bootslips bevinden zich op loopafstand van elk huis en zijn beschikbaar op basis van wie het eerst komt, het eerst maalt. Op het moment dat u uw vakantiehuis reserveert, bel ons ook om uw jachthavenreservering te maken. Onze bootslips zijn 24 voet lang, 14 voet breed en kunnen een boot van 32 voet lang aanmeren; gemiddelde waterdiepte is 4 voet bij eb.

The house is beautiful. The view from the deck is peaceful as it looks out toward the bay. We loved the 4 large bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The kitchen was well equipped and roomy for all to help prepare meals. It is the perfect space for a family stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

Absolutely incredible place to stay, the house was super clean and massive. The views were amazing and there is a lot to do not far from the house at all. Paradise grill right across the street is a cool place. And the property manager is wonderful, easy to get in touch with and took care of a couple minor problems right away. We would definitely stay there again. Only complaint I had which has nothing to do with the property was the weather was a little cold (end of May). I’d go back in June sometime when it’s warmer. 11/10 recommend.

Everything that was promised was there. The only reservation I had was that the home is in need of some maintenance. The are several places where the floor is coming up, including one large spot in front of the kitchen sink that was covered by a rug. The flooring in the hallway was loose, and my grandson caught the knee of his pants on it and tore his pants. There are several doorknobs that are broken and several cabinet doors that need to be repaired. I definitely plan to rent again next year, as the overall experience was great. I just hope some of the maintenance items can be addressed before that time.

We live locally, but rented 5 of these homes to receive out-of-town family and friends, at a location just minutes away from Baywood. Everyone loved walking or taking the golf car to Paradise Grill. The houses were super clean, easy check-in & check-out process. Plenty of places to sit, enjoy each other & look at great scenery. We didn't turn on the TV once. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking large meals, when we didn't eat at restaurants. Highly recommend!
