Mooi, zonnig, 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, 1500 vierkante meter verhuur kan uw vakantie-oase zijn. Deze zeer ruime appartement voelt als een eengezinswoning, het is een einde eenheid vol zonlicht met ramen aan 3 zijden en de gehele ruimte is op een enkele verdieping. De slaapkamers zijn gelijke afstand van elkaar met kamers in tussen elke. Dit toestel is zeer uniek vanwege de locatie wordt direct aan 1 van de 3 zwembaden, op een steenworp afstand voor een snelle duik of volledige zwembad dag.
Mooi uitzicht op het zwembad vanuit de slaapkamer ramen en dit 2 e verdieping appartement heeft een volledig balkon met uitzicht op de vijver en het zwembad. Hardhouten vloeren geven dit huis dat strand gevoel dat maakt je weet dat je in Rehoboth Beach!

Volledig ingerichte ruime appartement omvat een prachtig afgeschermd in veranda / balkon, Smart TV, full size wasmachine / droger, en prachtig ingericht in een rustige en handige Sanibel Circle - Net ten westen van Route 1 (direct achter Big Fish Grill). Accommodaties omvatten drie gemeenschappelijke zwembaden en drie tennisbanen. Bike-staat naar het centrum Rehoboth en het strand. Een zeer korte rit brengt u naar de outlet winkelcentra, supermarkten, restaurants, een waterpark, bioscoop evenals charmante centrum Rehoboth's en alle heerlijke vakantie voorzieningen van Rehoboth Beach. 1. 5 mijl van het strand / boulevard / centrum met een makkelijk te rijden weg om het verkeer te voorkomen. Nice Place/Honest Review

Overall the condo was good. It has a great location and the inside gives off the right vibe. Nice decor with the essentials provided like kitchen hardware, (1) TV for late night or rainy day movies. Parking pass provided was a nice bonus. On the critical side for full disclosure some maintenance issues appear to be lingering for a while. The beds are a tough sleep so I recommend egg crate padding and your own comforter/pillows. 5th year in this complex and no host is any different bedding wise so to be expected. Wish list - Improve the shower head height, clothes line or rack on porch for swimsuits, and get a digital entry keypad. Overall would definitely stay there again.

Rehoboth Vacation

Overall a nice stay

Our AC failed on our last night so we decided to leave the door off of the master bedroom to the enclosed screened in porch open to get air circulating. I just found out once we were home that my adult child was out there in the middle of the night and saw a bat flying around and did not tell us. So my husband and I are now going for rabies post exposure treatment per NYS public health recommendation. Other than that, the property and condo were clean and what we expected.

Almost 5 stars......

We always stay at Sanibel Village as this community is super convenient and has lovely amenities, but this year we took this unit as it was large. The condo is beautiful-very spacious and is decorated lovely (the pictures do not do it justice and new pictures should be taken). We will definitely stay here again. Here is why I can't give it 5 stars: First, I think each bedroom (certainly the master) should have a TV. Even if they don't have cable, they could still provide streaming TVs for nighttime/downtime. (There is only one in the living room, and traveling with 3 teens it would have been nice for them to be able to put something on in a different room at night, while we were watching in the living room). Next, while the surfaces, bathrooms, and kitchen were cleaned, the place could have been cleaner. For instance, the blankets on the beds are not cleaned after each guest, only 1-2 times a year during their "deep clean". I ended up washing all blankets when we got there so we could use them. But, why not have more than one set and after each guest stay, send out to get cleaned and use the other one and so on...etc. Lastly, I called Remax our first morning with a tv remote issue. I spoke to someone who said they would call me back to get someone over. We ended up replacing the batteries and all was well, but the person at Remax NEVER called back, even to say sorry but I can't get anyone there today-nothing. Overall, a great condo-we will stay again next yr!

Cute Apartment

The apartment itself is super cute. The main thing I didn’t like was that there are no curtains for the windows in the bedroom. The 2 main bedrooms are right by the pool, so you have bright lights coming into the rooms all night and then as soon as the sun is up, it’s super bright in the room. So I was up around 6 am everyday on vacation. Some of the cook ware that we are able to use was also dirty. Everything else was great.

Wonderful stay

This end-unit condo was really clean and quiet, perfect for two families to share. It overlooked one of the pools on one side, the parking lot on another, and the pond in the back. It was so relaxing having morning coffee on the screened in balcony with the sounds of the fountain from the pond in the background. We rode our bikes every day either to the beach or to the bike path, and easily walked to Jungle Jim's. We were tired and hungry the first day we arrived after a long drive and had dinner at Big Fish (condo is directly behind), which was delicious, although Zogg's was by far our favorite restaurant of all those we tried (delicious grouper). It was really helpful having the additional portable cot also (we had 3 teens/tweens between 2 families and kids didn't want to share beds). Only features that would have made the stay better would be room darkening shades and either hooks or a drying rack on which to hang all the wet towels and bathing suits, but overall unit was excellent and had everything we needed. We spent most of the week in Rehoboth, but a highlight of the week was watching the sunset at Lewes Beach, very close drive.

Close to everything, very clean, easy check-in/out, very roomy, on the second floor so you have a nice view of the pool and pond, I would recommend to anyone looking for a place in Rehoboth with 3 bedrooms (4 beds)!!!

Great for Family Getaway

Great space. Nice open floor plan for enjoyable family entertaining. Lots of windows for natural light (but you may want to pack room darkening curtains for that early morning light). We had one minor issue with the CAC on our last day but, the realtor and owner were extremely responsive and had the issue fixed ASAP. Also, walking distance to a couple of nice restaurants, convenience store & Fractured Prune - huge plus :)

Prettier Than The Pictures

We rented this unit for a Girlfriends getaway mid June. The property is so much more beautiful than the listing pictures. The home is tastefully decorated and some of the furniture is different. We were all very pleasantly surprised. The condo is very spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed for the week. It’s walking distance of 2 outlet malls and of the Rehoboth beach, boardwalk, and shops. My sister and I walked to the outlets about 3 days and walked to the boardwalk 3 days. If you are going to the beach and talking gear it would be better to drive. It’s 2 blocks away from Big Fish restaurant so we walked there for drinks one evening. The condo is on the second floor and close to the better pool in the community. It was wonderful having a screened deck. I would definitely recommend this rental and also will return. The condo was clean when we arrived, we had no concerns with the condition. Everyone we encountered in the rental process and in the condo neighborhood were friendly. The only thing I would recommend is a black out curtain for room #1. I stayed in that room and it gets the morning sun. The flip side is I got up early each morning and went walking so the sunshine helped me stay healthy on vacation.

Great Location with Plenty of Room

My family of five had an amazing stay in the Rehoboth area. We were less than five minutes away from the downtown area and the rental came with a parking pass making beach access convenient. The unit is spacious and incredibly clean. It was stocked with all the dishes, pots and pans we need to cook meals. We loved the screened in porch and we spent a lot of quality time out there. We were able to take advantage of the pool a few times so we loved having access. We will definitely stay here again.

It was very well decorated, and I loved the screened in balcony. However, the counters and the fridge were dirty when I arrived. Also, the towel rack (guest bedroom) and toilet paper rack (master bedroom) were both loose. Nonetheless, it's not too far from everything and it's great for families.

Girls weekend.

Nice, clean condo. Was disappointed that the pool was closed. Management company gave us a pool pass and we discovered pool was closed for season. Would not have rented if we knew that. Blinds were also broken and we couldn't close them. We still managed to have fun.

This apartment was everything we were looking for. Spacious and clean. Close to the pool. Easy 5 minute drive to beach/boardwalk. Very affordable. Kitchen was well stocked for us to make simple meals. We would definitely stay here again.
