  • 3BR, 2 Bath Luxe Condominium End Unit in The Palms in Rehoboth Beach - Dicht bij alles

    Vlak bij route 1 en 3 mijl naar de Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, winkels in de binnenstad en stranden.

    Het appartement ligt op loopafstand van de winkels, verschillende restaurants zoals Cracker Barrel en het Park and Ride. U kunt genieten van een dag bij het zwembad, ontspannen op onze beschutte veranda of aan het strand.

    Comfortabel, geschikt voor 8 volwassenen en twee kinderen.

    Slaapkamer indeling:
    Slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer, inloopkast en een kingsize bed met een extra twin matras onder het bed voor de kleintjes. Het heeft ook een flatscreen-tv en dvd-speler.
    Tweede slaapkamer heeft twee queensize bedden en een slimme flatscreen-tv en dvd-speler.
    Derde slaapkamer heeft twee aparte bedden met extra matras onder een van de bedden. Alle kamers hebben een plafondventilator voor uw comfort.

    Ook hebben we twee roll-out tweelingbedjes indien nodig.
    Hoofdbadkamer heeft een douche en bad. Master bad heeft een grote douche. Beide badkamers hebben handdoeken en handzeep met een starter wc-papier.

    De woonkamer is de perfecte plek om te ontspannen met een bank, love seat en een draaistoel en poef opent met extra dekens. Ook met plafondventilator en een flatscreen-tv en dvd-speler. Perfect voor een regenachtige nacht om bord- en kaartspellen te spelen die u kunt gebruiken. Er is ook een mini-maïsset aanwezig. Breng dvd's van uw keuze mee.

    Keuken is volledig uitgerust met alle benodigdheden voor koken, bakken en eten. Broodrooster Oven, mixer, blender en magnetron zijn allemaal aanwezig. Keukentafel stoelen 8 met een teller hoogte bar voor een extra 3 personen.
    Gescreend in veranda heeft ook een tafel en 4 stoelen voor uw plezier.
    Buiten veranda heeft een kleine tafel en 4 stoelen ook.
    Een strandkar is aanwezig om uw reis naar de kust een beetje eenvoudiger te maken.
    Ook zijn er 4 strandstoelen en een 7 ft strandparasol.
    Nieuw gekocht is ook een 38 liter koeler met een handvat en wielen. Vergeet uw strandhanddoeken en zonnebrandcrème niet

    Condo bevindt zich op de derde verdieping, dus je moet een paar treden oplopen.

Nice

Property was great. Perfect size for our family (there was 7 of us). We had a good time shopping at the outlets plus some other things (NASCAR race for 4 of us). We all loved our little getaway and look forward to visiting again this summer to enjoy the beach!

I was extremely pleased with the amount of space and the overall quality of the unit. Everything was very nice, it was great having TV’s with cable and Wi-Fi access for the kids. The pool was an amazing plus for my family. We had a great vacation and I would definitely come back.

Beautiful condo!

Our stay here was great! The condo was very clean and roomy for all 6 of us. The pool was nice and was not crowded, ever! It was a short drive to the beach with lots of shopping and activities nearby. Our view was not great but again, everything else was perfect.

The condo was clean and the pool area was very nice. The road noise was almost unbearable at night. We had a baby with us and he awoke several times during the night because of sirens, racing cars and motorcycles, etc... No one slept too well. The TV and remote was not easy to work. The dryer squeak was so loud we could only be run when we were out of the unit. Semi walkable, for the things on our side of route 1.

Loved that we had the pool to use.

Plenty of room for us. Rooms were big. A bit of road noise in one bedroom. Loved the pool early in the day when there not many people there.

The condo was nice and convienent to stores and only a little over 2 miles to the beach. Having a washer and dryer was great! The beds were comfy! We picked a 3rd floor condo which was difficult with small children, but otherwise was great. The complex was right by the main highway which was a little noisy.

Decent stay

The carpets, dishes and “show linen” are definitely showing their age. They have an ant problem that was not disclosed and the unit had some cleaning discrepancies when checking in (dirty pots and pans, used beer can and cigarette butts). The stay was good, everything worked and good location. In the future I would consider renting from an adjacent property but not this one.

Great location but noisy

The house itself was very nice, close to the beach but the noise from the bedroom at night was awful you can hear everyone driving down the highway. We also had an issue all week with ants being all throughout the kitchen, the mangers did bring ant traps and sprays but it didn’t keep them away. Other than those two issues, this place is very nice and decorated and close to shopping and the beach!

Everything was Great

The Condo was great. The only issues I had were, ant were coming into the condo's kitchen and the road noise at night. The ant issue was quickly addressed and resolved with the property manager. As for the nightly road noise, that was due to location and no one is at fault. I would not rent that particular site again due to the noise. The location however was so fantastic for visiting family, going shopping and eating out.

Great Condo

We really enjoyed our stay here. The layout was perfect, we had plenty of room for everyone. The condo was very clean and well stocked. They have a fully stocked kitchen, games and beach chairs. The online pictures don’t do it justice. If you like to shop, this is the perfect location! It’s a quick drive to both Rohobeth beach and Lewis beach! On the downside (but none of these would prevent me from returning): The carpets are old and worn and could use updating or a deep clean. The condo is on the main road and you can hear the traffic from the bedrooms and all emergency sirens at night. The condo is on the third floor, stairs only. Overall this was a great condo, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Better than described!

Location is a drive to beach, 20 minutes in traffic or 20 minutes on a bike path if you have a back pack. Condo looks better than pictures! Flooring in living area is LVP. Furniture is older pattern but so comfortable, condo is comfortable and pretty. Plenty of room! Beds comfortable and very clean. We had everything we needed to cook. We did a puzzle and played board games, nice big coffee table. Pool was perfect for a dip after a long day.You do hear the road and cars but I slept like a rock, it didn’t wake me at all. I called management a couple of times and they answered right away. There are bike racks in parking lot. Rehoboth is very bike friendly.For a family trip, this was a great place to stay!

Good, clean but Highway 1 is a drag

The complex is generic but the unit was very clean, well decorated and spacious with everything needed. Kind of a pain to bring sheets and towels especially as a third floor walk up which is a struggle. Due to the heat the very small outdoor porch was not usable. Pool area is small with tables and limited shade. Bigger issue is route 1 is the view and it’s jammed up all the time. The short distance to the beach is not real time as in summer took 15-20 minutes to go 2 miles and then there’s no parking. Be prepared to circle. Price is really right. Arrived an hour early but NOONE from the rental agency answers their phone. Call back was hours later.

Best Spot in Rohobeth

This Villa was well decorated. The owner provided many amenities such as games, things to use at the beach and some seasons for cooking. Location can't be beat. Right on the highway that led to everything in every direction. Looking forward to returning.

Nice elegant place beautifully appointed

everything was very nice-I just don't remember if the fact that it was on the third floor was mentioned in the ad, but that was quite a surprise. One and only problem is the shower in the master bath: the doors are shot and the floor of the shower is slippery when wet which seems like a risky thing.

3 bedrooms & 2 baths were perfect size for our family. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Location was great. Pool was an added benefit. Was not crazy about having to rent linens.

Ladies annual beach weekend

Renting could not be any easier! Loved the digital keypad entry on the door which allows you to arrive on your own schedule. I had the information several days in advance. The condo was centrally located so we were minutes from beach, shopping and restaurants. We will definitely rent this condo in the future.
