Your main floor deck overlooks the quiet pond setting, perfect for your morning coffee or tea and afternoon sunbathing. The gourmet kitchen with new granite counters is well-equipped with a food processor, blender, coffee machine and all other essentials. Dine in the modern dining room, the the eat-in kitchen bar, or the outdoor patio. Grill on your private propane BBQ.

Your master king suite is on the third floor; features a living area, with its own 45-inch television with Xfinity connection, as well as its own office overlooking the fountain & pond. Your master bath with double vanity and separate walk-in closet are all on level with you.

Ground floor guests each have their own bedroom with queen bed, as well as private access to the patio, easy access to the W/D, and a full bath. Guest bedrooms have 45" TVs with streaming Roku access. Each bedroom has its own closet with 2 drawer storage, shelf and clothes bar.

Canal Corkran is the perfect jumping off point for all of your activities. Quick access to Rehoboth Avenue shops, restaurants, bars, or Tuesday’s seasonal farmers market. Walk or ride to the beach. A short stroll gets you to local microbreweries at Revolution Craft Brewery or Dogfish Head Brewing. It’s a 5 minute walk to RISE coffeehouse, The Egg, or Crystal Restaurant for breakfasts; a 10-20 minute walk for Rehoboth Avenue stores, top-rated restaurants and bars; and the central boardwalk and beach is just 25 minutes by foot or minutes on bike. No need to stress for paid parking;. There is also easy access to Route 1 and the outlets via Hebron Road, bypassing a good deal of the summer traffic leading into downtown. If you do decide to drive, use of a Rehoboth Beach Parking Pass is provided: just make sure it remains on the entry table for the next guest.

Rent bikes or scooters at All Wheels. There is a storage closet under the ground level stairs, as well as a bike rack by the pool (own risk). Explore the adjacent Junction & Breakwater 16-mile trail through woodlands and marsh to Lewes. At North Shore, enjoy wetland, lagoon, dune, and boardwalk walks along the Gordon’s Pond trail to Herring Point. If you’re not up for all the beaching, biking and shopping, then just relax in Canal Corkran’s giant community pool (in-season) just steps from your door.

Linens and bath towels for six are provided by Sheets at the Beach. Just return them to the laundry bag and place on the bench by front door when you leave. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrella provided as courtesy. The home is professionally cleaned between visits. The home is on 3 levels and is not child-proofed, so asses your own risk. Also, we are a family with allergies, so pets and smoking are not allowed. Thank you in advance for your understanding and consideration of others renting. with the same expectation.
