'We really enjoyed our stay at The Underwood-Hale House. Beautiful historic charm with comfortable, well-appointed rooms. Everything was clean, quiet, and thoughtfully maintained. The location near College Hill and Brown University was perfect. '

'Room was clean on arrival, they accommodated my late arrival with an easy email to notify them a few days prior. Cleaning crew came by when I was still in my room and when I stepped out she was nice enough to ask if I needed servicing. Cannot comment on breakfast as I did not get up early enough and however I could smell it in the mornings and say some stragglers chowing it up in the morning. For a 4 star cheaper hotel it did just fine and everyone was very pleasant '
