Negatief: Netheid, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
I brought my wife to the hotel to avoid the construction in our home. We stayed three days. We were quiet and had no issues, we are in our 70s and late 60’s. I called the hotel at noon and told them I made a reservation to extend another day and would be there in an hour or longer. When I arrived, which was after 14:00, there was no one at the front desk. Yet as soon as I arrived in the room, I got a call informing me that I would be charged a late fee and I must leave. After speaking directly with the manager at noon, I was shocked to get this call! I had a reservation. No discussion about my reservation. Simply get out! When I told the manager I had a reservation, he claimed there was no reservation. There was a reservation, for the next day. I made a mistake online. I simple review would have demonstrated I had made the reservation. A hotel should never treat its guest like this!! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!
