Negatief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
We got into the hotel for Christmas Day. We have stayed here several times in the past so we werenโt worried about the trip at all. When we arrived to our room there was still trash from the previous people who were in the room. While we were there, there was a fire alarm that went off. When we went to leave we proceeded down the emergency stairwell. We attempted to go through the fire exit but the door was unable to be opened, effectively having us get stuck in the hallway. We had to double back around the stairs with about 20 other families, who much like ours had children with them who were upset. We were initially directed to the lobby, when we were all told to go outside in the freezing cold, which again is understandable because we didnโt know if it was a real fire. (It wasnโt, it was a broken pipe). After waiting for the fire department to arrive several minutes later we made our way back inside and was observing how none of the staff were providing direction, or really knew what to do in this situation. There was one woman at the front desk who was doing her best but she was being swarmed by guests at the hotel and you could tell she was pretty flustered in the situation. There was also a woman there who was picking fights with guests about splashing in the pool, and made the experience generally underwhelming.
