'Clean room but outdated'

'Loved the property and the area was conveniently located from the convention center. The elevator was a little slow, took some time. The afternoon/evening receptionist from 6/15-6/17 was so kind. Highly recommend.'

'Everything was near perfect. The staff was great very friendly, awesome customer relations. Rooms are very clean, great set up everything you needed. The bathroom very nice all your needs in one place. I have to comment on the transportation driver, Ronald was outstanding very very helpful even if he was not driving. The hotel has a great employee in this man, he is a walking talking advertising for hotel.'

'Great staff'

'We needed a room with two beds. When we searched on Expedia, we used the filter that allows you to search for a hotel room with two beds. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that there were only rooms available with one bed. We were also told that it is the fault of Expedia that the Expedia website leads one to believe that there are two beds when there is actually only one.'

'It’s great place'

'Everything was pretty good. Only thing I have to brag about was the shower floor had hair on it other than that it was great.'

'Elevator was out of service and we were put on the 5th floor. The hotel doesn’t seem to be kept up and quite a few people just hanging out behind the hotel in the parking lot.'

'This property is dated. They claimed our initial room was renovated but the toilet would not flush properly, and we had to change rooms. We brought food in and asked for spoons and forks, they only had spoons… I wanted to do some laundry, they had no detergent… Manager was uncaring when we were checking out. So glad I know I’ll never stay at this dump again. Two stars only because bed was comfortable and breakfast was decent.'
