'Location by the Main was very good, easy walking to many attractions incliding the 'New Old Town. Room facilities are very good with aircon, convection heating, and well equipped kitchenette. Double glazing and blackout curtains made our stay quiet and comfortable for a couple. Service and staff were excellent. All requests were met willingly and promptly. Buffet breakfast had plenty of options plus personalised choices, cooked fresh. Onsite restaurant also very good with well presented genuine...

'The Doorman had a very comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen, great bathroom, air con and lovely balcony. Despite being in the city centre it was very quiet at night. The only issue, I was never sent access instructions and had to phone up! But I would definitely stay again. '

'That was wonderfull. Nice appartement with balcony. Big enough for two people. Front of the building you will find big supermarket Rewe. Just 2 minutes to the place you will find a Tram station number 17. the only problem that we had was about dishes. it was not enough glas en plate in the appartement. Toilet paper was not ook enough and we have bought it ourselves. We knew that there is no daily cleaning but at least they could put extra toilet paper and one blanket. It was cold on the weekend...

'The accommodations were perfect for a short stop over in Frankfurt. Close to the airport and easy to walk to the river, cathedral and shopping areas. There was a small elevator to get to the 4th floor which we were not expecting.'

'We liked everything except that the shower head was only a hand held sprayer which makes washing your hair difficult. Everything else was wonderful! '

'Overall it was good experience. But there is no reception. Check in was terrible. Waiting lot of time infront of the front door, then again lot time infront of the room door. Finally after Al transfer me to the supporting team the issue was resolved. '
