ZOMER 2018! Bright Contemporary W / Private Pool op steenworp afstand van Moriches Bay

Gemakkelijke zomer wonen op dit heldere eigentijdse ranch ligt een steenworp afstand van de baai Moriches in Westhampton / Remsenburg. Open keuken-eetkamer, woonkamer met open haard, 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, centrale airconditioning en een eigen tuin met een verwarmd zwembad. Maak een wandeling langs de baai te overzien Moriches Bay en Dune Road.

Gelegen aan een kleine rustige straat, dit huis is zeer open en uitnodigend. Van de private omheinde tuin, kunt u de zoute lucht ruiken en horen het gerommel van de motor boten gaan door. Het huis heeft veel ramen die brengen veel licht. Wij zijn trots op de presentatie van een smetteloze huis voor onze huurders te genieten.

De indeling van de slaapkamer is als volgt: elke kamer heeft een queensize bed, de grote slaapkamer heeft een Tempurpedic-matras. Elke kamer is volledig ingericht met kasten en nachtkastjes. Er zijn 2 badkamers: een badkamer met een bad / douche en een tweede badkamer met een douchecabine.

Huurders hebben toegang tot de prachtige stranden van het duin weg. Cupsogue Beach, gelegen in de westelijke kant van Dune Road, heeft voedsel concessie, toiletten, EHBO-centrum, douches en kleedkamers, evenals band entertainment. Deze prachtige stranden zijn beoordeeld als een van de top tien stranden van het land.

Er zijn live-shows in het Westhampton Performing Arts Center. Indoor en outdoor tennis is in de buurt en het openbaar golf is een 15 minuten rijden. Er zijn veel jachthavens dat handvest en de groep visreizen bieden. Er zijn ook natuurgebieden in de buurt en de stad en provincie parken en stranden.

Het pand is ideaal voor gezinnen of koppels. Geen groepen te behagen. Bewijs van leeftijd en / of antecedentenonderzoek kan nodig zijn op aanvraag.

Wonderful Vacation

Christine has a wonderful home ! It is exactly as described on the VRBO site . Beds are very comfortable, newly renovated bathrooms & the built in pool was great especially for fun-filled days with my grandchildren! My Home away from Home!

Memorial Day week - 2023

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is exactly as described, with both bathrooms seeming to be recently re-done. Lots of peace and quiet, with Westhampton Beach Village being only a short drive away. Our adult children joined us for some of the week, and we had some friends and family out for day-trips. Everyone enjoyed themselves and commented very positively about the house.

Location location location

First off let me just say the house is absolutely beautiful, super cozy. The beds are very comfortable and the entire house was very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly imagine. The grounds were kept really nice. It is so close to everything that you could possibly want to do on Long Island. Would definitely come back. It’s located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood a block from the water, which overlooks Dune Road.

Very good accommodation and location

The house was ideal for our needs and in a great location. We did experience a couple of issues though. Due to an apparent schedule issue, we had to wait a few hours on our arrival for the house to be cleaned after the last guests, which was disappointing. The one other negative was the fly screen to the decking area proved very hard to slide and came out its runner a few times! Otherwise it was a very good place to stay for our week in the Hamptons.

Perfect getaway

The yard and pool are every bit as beautiful as the pictures illustrate. The interior is exactly as it looks in the pictures. It sits on a lovely, and very quiet street a block from the bay. It’s about a 15 minute drive to cupsogue Beach and within 10 minutes to the town of WestHampton Beach. Everything went very smoothly including having to prepare for hurricane Henri. Christine was readily available to answer any questions and make recommendations from restaurants to preparing for the storm. If I had to make one suggestion, being that she allows pets, to ensure that all traces of pets (odor and hair) are eliminated by the time the next renter arrives. But it was a wonderful four weeks Including plenty of relaxation, conducive to working remotely, entertaining family and friends. I would highly recommend this property. It was everything I was looking for in my Summer vacation.

Great city getaway / WFH / garden

This house was great and perfect for our purposes: we are a couple working from home and the house has two designated work spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped, all rooms are comfortable, the totally fenced garden was very nice (perfect for the dog) and the owner was very responsive. Walking distance to a small and lovely beach. Close to supermarket/pharmacy/center of Westhamptom/Dune road beaches. Would definitely come back!
