'●地理位置：在慈濟大學旁邊, 因為地點比較不靠近市區, 但花蓮市區大概都是10分鐘左右的距離, 個人覺得還好 ●周邊環境：非常清幽, 雖然在大馬路上, 但完全不會聽到馬聲 ●內裝評價：一樓是公共區(洗衣機/水/咖啡膠囊/醫藥箱等等)內有電梯, 行李可以寄放公共空間, 只有遇到打掃的人, 當時訂房看起來像四人房, 實際給了兩張大雙人床, 廁所乾濕分離, 不會很小! 讚~ ●服務：訊息對話很客氣, 互動良好'

'もう４回目の滞在です。新しいわけでもなく、エレベーターもないので、スーツケースを持って３階まで上がるのは大変ですが、掃除が行き届いていて、シャワーのお湯の出も良く、快適です。オーナーもスタッフも感じが良いです。たまにチェックイン時にフロント不在だったりしますが、電話をすればすぐ来てくれます。LINEでも連絡出来ます。いつも女性四人部屋を利用しています。'

'Great customer service! They are very helpful to guests, and it is a unique guesthouse with lots of wood and art. It is right around the corner from the Sun Moon village night market. There are a few resort villages around the lake, but this one is the closest to the cable car that goes to the Aboriginal Culture Park. The cable car is walking distance (and worth the ride), but you can also rent bicycles or electric bicycles very affordably near the hotel and get around easily.'
