When we arrived at check in, we were informed that the two bedroom we rented was not available because the water heater was broken, and we were downgraded to a one bedroom. I wish we had been informed ahead of time as I was traveling with my family including two young children, and we could barely fit in a one bedroom. It was uncomfortable to say the least. The check in process was weird as there is not a real human at the front desk and you talk to a remote receptionist through a TV. The room itself was clean and the pool was nice. We received a refund which I appreciate.
