'Great location, newer house , large and roomy. Pool is nice and fire pit and nice back deck area. Few things to improve, have a printed check in sheet with basic instructions on the counter, WiFi password, tv instructions, etc. most was easy to figure out, but this was helpful when staying at other VRBO properties. 'We had a great time! Unfortunately it rained all weekend so we spent a lot of time in the very large game room. Plenty of games to entertain the kids. Chad was really easy to communicate with and we had no issues. The kitchen was very well stocked with quality dishes/utensils as suggested in the listing description which was nice. The beds were super comfortable also! We will be returning again for another stay for sure!'

'We felt welcome and the house had everything. Caught a few fish in the pond (a bass and a couple sunfish), enjoyed and hiked around the property and had an amazing view of the full solar eclipse. Loved it there!'

'We had a bathroom mishap that eventually led to a plumber being called. Cody was very responsive and went above and beyond to get the issue resolved. We were very impressed with the quick responses. The cottage itself was very cute and the attention to detail was very appreciated.'

'This home was above and beyond what we had expected. Being right on the lake was beautiful and it felt private from the neighboring homes. The screened-in patio was a great place to hang out and the hot tub was clean and hot! We enjoyed the games available, and the kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything we could have needed. Beds were clean and plenty of towels and blankets available. Nice places to check out nearby. Overall, we had a great few days there!'

'We stayed to be close to family as all other places were booked. Glad we had the choice! We just slept there. Only recommendation would be to request instructions on how to set thermostat to cool studio unit. Could not get unit to cool down unless opened window.'

'This property was one of the best ones I stayed at. I was in town with my daughter for my sister and niece 's graduation. The location was perfect from DFW. The location was rt in between my family as well so it made it perfect for traveling to visit. Nborhood was quiet and peaceful. The house is so beautiful. It was perfect. I will call this my Texas home away from home. Thank you so much for letting us rent your place. We will be back. The perfect Corsicana house❤️'
