'We used to live in Charlotte and were here visiting our family. The area was great, lots of good restaurants around. Safe, quiet and clean apartment. Much more space than a hotel room, especially loved the patio. Would definitely rebook. Only minor suggestion would be a better mattress, my husband didnt mind it but I would have liked a firmer mattress. Loved having a washer dryer and full fridge. You won’t regret staying here! '

'I never expected to have the experience we did at this hotel. I’ve stayed at other locations and never had any issues. A staff member tried to come in our room twice without knocking and was not there for any service. We had to have our room moved due to upgraded or cleaning being done to the couches during the middle of our stay. When I voiced my concerns a manager was very dismissive. I wouldn’t stay at this location for free! '
