'We have two minor complaints and that’s it ! Hotel is absolutely beautiful. It was under renovation when we came so the room was a little warm. Simple. No biggie at all. We cracked the window. However the two lady’s that work 7-3 could use some etiquette training. Mannerism was off BUT the freaking awesome lady who was training the young boy during the 3-11 shift is absolutely superb. We will definitely be looking for that duo when we return ! Hopefully we can experience them again. They were so...

'The hotel looked nothing like the photos, very dirty and smelled like smoke and weed as soon as you walked into the lobby. The rugs in the room were dirty, the paint was peeling in the bathroom walls/ showers. We had no smoke detector in the room either. Overall just felt unsafe and unsanitary as two girls traveling for a short trip. '
