'As soon as we entered the property we were greeted by well thought out coastal decor and the property was clean. The property is a two minute walk to the beach and five minutes to the high street, making it an ideal base to explore what the town had to offer. The description of the property was accurate and at no point did we have difficulty parking close by. It was the perfect stay for our honeymoon - thank you!'

'Fantastic location. Lovely clean, bright and airy flat.A real homely feel, well appointed kitchen, excellent views from the comfortable lounge.Minor issues was the double bed as apposed to a king size bed, front door can be a bit draughty when the wind is directly at the property.Close to the pier and town, a superb holiday bolt hole for a few days break. 'Two - bed in bedroom is very high.we found it very hard as we two old ladies,toilet is very low so again hard to use.The door to get into the apartment is hard too turn ,we had to ask for help at times.we enjoyed our stay but for us it spoiled our holiday a bit.'

'Honestly, this could not have been more perfect for us. A stone's throw from the beach, easy (and safe) walk into the town centre (even quicker to the sweet shop), and it was a cosy, quiet retreat in the evenings. The kids loved the bunks, and the en suite to the main bedroom meant we had our own bathroom and the kids theirs. Really nice size for a top floor flat and the main area was ideal for our stay. Just perfect.'

'This property is really lovely. Larger than it looks on the photos. The location couldn't be better for exploring southwold and surrounding areas. Really easy to check in. We went mid August so the parking was difficult, bear that in mind when arriving. If you plan to use the sofa bed, i think you need to let the host know as we needed to use it but there was no bedding. Also, the listing says there is a deck/ patio but there isnt. These points wouldnt stop us staying again - just good to know...

'Great location, good to have two bathrooms. Showers had excellent pressure. Floors, oven and fridge very clean, as were sheets and towels. Pillows were yellow, dust under the bed, sofa, blinds and radiators (I hoovered under the bed in the double bedroom and removed dust from the radiators during our stay). Windows were very dirty and in need of cleaning outside. Kettle was full of limescale. Paintwork would have benefitted from being wiped down on some internal doors and walls.'
