'We booked this place for our wedding anniversary. The communication from the staff were excellent and they've been checking out on our stay through whatsapp and communicating all the matters promptly. They also sent in a complimentary cake and room decorations during our anniversary. The service is great and food was good too. '
'Arrived and only option was bbq for dinner. Very limited vegetarian options for lunch/dinner.
Hotel is very peaceful and all staff extremely helpful. Everyone spoke english and excursions easily arranged.
There is no currency exchange available at hotel and closest option is the ferry port by taxi.
Over all a very peaceful relaxing week.

'The morning breakfast has a good variety of food. Bed was ok but pillows were a little soft. Internet access was good. They have daily shuttle to the 3 malls, but would be good if more frequent timings for the shuttle, if not need to take grab or gojek to the hotel. The hotel is reasonable in pricing also. A family friendly hotel. They have 2 pools, one for the kids also. Even have a kids room and daily kids activities.'

Slot appartement was kapot. op verzoek werd het direct gerepareerd maar ik moest dit wel regelen en er op wachten. Rottende kozijnen in badkamer. Geen warm water uit douche.
