'Es una casa en el pueblo de Oliva, bastante espaciosa y cómoda. Está a 10 minutos en coche de diferentes playas muy buenas. La casa es algo calurosa y hay insectos. Pero tiene una terraza maravillosa con unas vistas a la iglesia del casco antiguo preciosas.'

'Nous sommes une famille de 2 adultes et 4 enfants dont un bébé de 12 mois. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Raquel la propriétaire et son mari. Malgré la barrière de la langue elle nous a parfaitement expliqué le fonctionnement de la maison et les commodités à proximités. Nous nous sommes sentis de suite à l'aise comme chez nous. La maison est propre, Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour la cuisine, des serviettes, draps et la machine a laver était appréciable. La plage est vraiment jolie...

'Zeer goede ontvangst door dame. Huisje maakt een beetje verwaarloosde indruk. Heel dicht bij autostrade die toch wel veel lawaai maakt. Dit wisten wij niet op voorhand. Heel veel materiaal, kookgerei, dit was prima.'

'Lo mejor sin duda de la casa es la ubicacion enfrente de la plata y la terraza. La casa esta bastante antigua y el mobiliario deja que desear. Pero todo se olvida segun te surntas en una silka de la terraza.'

'Lindo edificio, bien ubicado. Sin embargo en las 3 noches que estuvimos no hicieron limpieza un solo día. No te ponen café y tampoco hay jabón para la lavadora, tienes que ir a la tienda a comprar. '

'- The water boiler was rusty and covered in chalk. - The beds were both small and uncomfortable. - There was hardly any linen. - The neighbors could be quite noisy. - Upon checking out the bathroom connected to one of the bedrooms, a high placed small window was closed by the neighbors! '

'We had a relaxing time in Chalice's peaceful house in Xativa Old Town. Living and sleeping areas were comfortable. We felt that a few details in the kitchen and bathrooms still needed attention, and the double bedroom pictured is a level away from the nearest shower; but in general the house is pleasant to be in, Xativa is a most interesting and appealing town, and Chalice was very welcoming and helpful.'

'El matrimonio súper acogedor, nos dieron la facilidad de entrar antes y salir cuando mejor nos viniera. La casa todo un espectáculo, sin duda alguna un acierto.'

'En general el apartamento esta muy bien. Es amplio, bien equipado y con ascensor. Una segunda planta, con su terraza, es soleado. El servicio que da de equipamiento perfecto. Está muy cerquita de la playa. Tiene un restaurante justo al lado de la entrada del edificio. Inconvenientes, sólo disponer de un juego de llaves y creo que es un Disco bar que hay enfrente, cruzando la calle principal, con el consiguiente ruido y bullicio.'

'Beautiful rustic house with such attention to detail, we would happily return. Great property management too and Ella and Lina really looked after us, rectifying a temporary issue with the drain even on a Sunday and getting us 2 more bikes which we really enjoyed using. Thank you guys, we loved our time in Valencia and reckon we’ll be back before long 😎'
