'We stayed a few days and did not have anyone offer to empty the trash etc so the room was very cluttered by the end of our stay. Lack of elevator and ice machine for the second floor are to be noted. Only aware or laundry facilities from overhearing another guest as upon check in we were not made aware of many offerings. '

'The room was clean. Only negative is they only had a couple of outlets in the room. Absolutely no USB! They didn’t even have a clock or lamp with built in USB. My side of bed had no outlet at all. They really need to upgrade.'
