'We were fortunate enough to have a lovely October weekend and enjoyed our stay with yard games and relaxing by the water. The property was well kept and the location was great. With the warm fall there were a lot of Asian beetles that got in at the entry points and we suggested to the owns to add screen doors to help deter so many getting in in the future. We also enjoyed visiting the brewery and other local bars downtown. '

'We had a large group (of all ages) and this rental worked out extremely well!!The layout of the house was great for conversations, movies and board games. The waterfront view was spectacular! The bed layout was a little different than the pictures when we booked, but we did book over a year before our stay. The new layout worked out better for our group anyway. There was plenty of room upstairs and downstairs for kids to play. If needed, there was room for air mattresses. Plenty of parking...

'The house was bigger than we expected and the back yard was ample! We spent a lot of time out on the water, the dock and around the firepit. Wood was provided which we didn't expect, so we brought our own. The grill was great...propane was included, the kitchen was well-stocked with nearly everything you'd need, including small appliances. We appreciated the 2 kayaks and paddles that were available.We had read the reviews in advance and brought our own portable A/C units and they kept the house...
