'Het is een prima hotel met ruime nette moderne kamers en voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Het hotel ligt vlakbij de Galeria Mall, maar niet zo dichtbij het centrum van Dallas. Dat ligt ongeveer 20 minuten verderop.'

'We stayed one night at the Rennaissance Richmond. The lobby is under construction but we didn't hear any noise from constructions. Normally staying at the garage cost around 15 a day which seems a lot in this area. The fee for the wifi is also quite high. Rooms could use an upgrade. Guest services were helpful and friendly.'

'Het ontbijt werd koud geserveerd op koude Borden en koude tafels.. Kille bar& restaurant ruimte. Ik miste het welkomgevoel. Ik voelde mij de zoveelste klant in de rij. '

'The a/c took a while to cool the room, the bathroom smelled musty/moldy, the ceiling above the shower looked like it had a water leak, and the shower curtain bar was hanging and about to fall off the wall making the shower curtain unusable. The room was sparsely stocked; had to ask for 2 more bath towels. Given the condition of the room and hearing the hotel was being renovated, they should not be open for business.'
