'Nice historic house with comfortable common rooms and a great location, close to downtown restaurants and a Walgreens open 24 hours. But my bedroom was so small I could not easily walk around, and the half-bathroom was also very small. Wes, the owner, welcomed me at check-in and has a warm personality. But breakfast was not offered, even though a Booking listing said breakfast was provided and the owner mentioned breakfast too. '

'Beautiful old mansion lovingly restored with so much charm! This was a fantastic location for our needs. We were able to walk past estates and cute cottages with beautiful gardens to shops and restaurants for breakfast and lunch. Close to the Buffalo History Museum and other local attractions and about 20 minutes from Niagara Falls. Our host was able to let us have an early check in time and he gave us a tour of the house with some interesting background info. He lives quietly on the third...

'We were a large party in town to attend a BU graduation ( occupied 5 rooms), and made a weekend of our stay and celebration. We were very pleased with our stay at The Mansion. The property, the location, the amenities and the wonderful staff. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Buffalo! 'Prima hotel als uitvalsbasis in en om Buffalo. Dichtbij metro en bus om downtown te komen. Er is ook een gratis shuttle van het hotel. Hotel is omgeven door het ziekenhuis dus niet heel sfeervol. Onze kamer zat aan de achterkant waardoor wel wat geluid van de ventilatie hoorbaar was. Maar met raam dicht gaf dit geen overlast. Enige minpunt was het ontbijt. Dit was erg karig. Er was weinig keuze en wat er te kiezen was, was al grotendeels op om 8:30 en werd niet meer bijgevuld. '

'It was a nice hotel but the hot springs was closed. That was the entire reason for our visit. It was closed three days before our arrival I feel like we should have been notified by Expedia or the hotel since it was a planned closure. Disappointed in the response from the hotel and Expedia. I wouldn’t reccomend this hotel.'

'HOTEL CHARGED ME FOR AN HALF DAY AS MY DAUGHTER LEFT SOME STUFF IN THE ROOM; I HAD LET HOUSE KEEPING KNOW AS I WAS LATE GETTING OVER TO THE EVENT CENTER. I WAS TOLD IT WAS OK AS THEY WOULD NOT BE CLEANING THE ROOM TILL 5PM; AT 3:45 SECURITY HAD TO LET US IN THE ROOM TO GRAB LEFT ITEMS AND WAS RUDE ABOUT IT; I EXPLAINED HAD TO LEAVE QUICKLY TO NOT MISS AWARDS AND WAS TOLD BY HOUSE KEEPING IT WAS FINE. ALSO HOTEL DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING OPEN FOR US CONSIDERING THE COMPETION BREAKFAST OPEN AT 7 KIDS...

'The heat system was already off for the year. Room was 61 degrees and it took a few hours for a portable heater to arrive. Room was pretty worn out.'

'I think everything has been updated recently, so the room was top notch! Breakfast was good. If I have anything that I wish was different I would say having to eat breakfast with a large group of young girls who were staying there and they tend to be very active in that space. Most of the seating was taken up both mornings at different hours. I did not have time to experience the bar.'
