'The perfect rental space! The house was beautiful and all of the personal touches were so nice. It was exactly as described. Lots of outdoor space, we enjoyed the kayaks and fishing off the dock. 'We had a great time! The house was nice and clean. We were able to use the dock across the road and fish whenever we wanted to or just sit by the water. Gas and groceries are just a short drive away.'

It was a bit rainy, but we were able to enjoy some nice walks outside. We enjoyed cooking together, playing games, and watching movies. 'The house and lot have everything you need. The lot and location is amazing! Lovely decor. Quality linens, towels, mattresses, appliances, cookware. Lots of storage and countertop space. 'This home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved the electric fireplaces, is it was cool in the evenings and they added a wonderful warmth to the rooms. Although we may never need a place in this area again, we would absolutely stay here.'

I really can't say enough positive things about them and the effort they put in to make sure everything went smoothly for us. Gold Hill is a beautiful town with a lot of history, and this location puts you in the heart of the historic mining area. I'll be looking at this property again next time I visit.'

'This property is beautiful! All of the photos online were exactly how the house looked. Sometimes pictures look better than the actual rental, but this listing is spot on. The kitchen has great appliances and everything you could possibly need to cook meals. The hostess provided all the soaps, paper products, trash bags, foil, plastic wrap, and even had coffee! The hostess has thought of everything. Our beds were very comfy, as was the living room furniture. The downstairs area was like having a...
