'Great experience'

'Definitely one of the cleaner and better lodging places in San Saba! The outlets in our bathroom did not work and there was no windows which can be great for a full nights rest if you like complete darkness.'

'Room was very clean. Easy check in upon arrival.'

'Worst experience ever, this is not worthy of the name Best Western. I had booked 2 rooms for our group, but several insects were crawling in both rooms and a few were dead. Also the smell in the rooms was terrible. We had to cancel the rooms and still drove to a decent overnight stay in Austin. I then emailed the manager several times, but he was not cooperative at all. She kept pretending she didn't understand me via email and kept referring to Expedia. Conclusion: the hotel suits the manager....
