Negatief: Netheid, personeel en service, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
We stayed 2 days and 2 nights. We had no television remote, therefore no entertainment, not even music for the entire stay. I even asked them to provide us with a tv remote after the first night, and explained the problems we were we were having getting anything on the tv to work without it. And still, even after promising to bring us another remote, they never came. Additionally, there was no exhaust fan in the restroom, nor was there a working smoke detector or fire alarm device in the room which is a major safety concern and also is violating several different Bldg. and Fire Code regulations. Its too bad because I observed what was supposed to have been a complete renovation of the rooms and lobby systematically ongoing beginning in 2022. I hadn’t been back for almost 2 years until my recent stay because I had broken my back a couple years ago couldn’t travel back down there until I healed significantly. One thing positive I will say is that they had replaced the beds since I first started staying there back in 2022 and also it appeared that the long term tenants that had been staying there back then appeared to all have been evicted. The result was that is appeared to be a much safer environment for real guests that wanted to stay there. There were no real amenities beyond 2, one quarter inch thick bars of lye soap and a 1 oz. bottle on body and hair wash liquid soap thas felt as thin as water and had only slightly better cleaning results than using nothing a all.
