'The toilet in the room was broken when we arrived and needed to be repaired after we called down and complained. In the morning, while using the microwave in the room, we lost power in the room and they were not able to fix it while we were there. Overall for a 1 night stay, it was not enjoyable. Curious if we were put in that room, knowing the toilet was broken because we booked thru Expedia at a reduced rate?! 'The room was very clean, towels were really plush, bed and pillows were plush and comfortable. Hotel was quiet at night and location was fabulous and very safe in a very upscale neighborhood. The only quirky thing was the bathroom door in the room was a sliding barn door made out of frosted glass with no lock, so the bathroom was not private if you are staying with your children, etc.'
