'Room was very nice. Kitchen was spacious and you have everything you need. I was able to use the washing machine and there were racks that you can bring to your room for clothes to dry. Check in is all automated and so you will not be meeting any of the staff in person.'

'Todella viihtyisä hostelli erinomaisella sijainnilla! Ei ollut tällä kertaa energiaa verkostoitua ja olla sosiaalinen, mutta siihenkin olisi ollut hyvät puitteet hostellilla. Oli myös hyvät puitteet hiljentymiseen. Huone ja muut tilat olivat kodikkaita, sänky erityisen hyvä sekä sopivan leveä ja locker tilava, mihin ei tarvinnut omaa lukkoa. "The Pullman is perfectly located in the Old Town area of Riga. Close to a vast amount of buildings with (art Deco) grandeur. The 5 nights stay in a bigger than average size room was very comfortable. Great bed, sanitary facilities fine free supplies of mineral water, coffee and tea accompanied with a well loaded minibar.
Due to reconstruction work the gym and pool facilities were unavailable during the stay so it extended the time at breakfest. ;-)
A very complete breakfest; vegan, veggie, meat, fish, smoothies, breads, egg variaties, English and continental, lactose-free, gluten-free - you name it, the Pullman serves it. Impressive!

"I stayed at this hotel and despite my late arrival (after midnight), it was a very fast check-in. The hotel has a good location, just a few bus stops from the city centre and ideally situated for line 22 to the airport. However, I found that the access doors were quite noisy, which made it difficult to sleep at times. The room is decent, with a comfortable bed and a shower room equipped with the necessities. Breakfast is fairly basic, but sufficient if you're not too fussy. The hotel also offers the possibility of dining on site in the evening, which is practical."
"Very nice hotel. HOWEVER perhaps due to short staffing there seemed to be trouble serving breakfast. On each of the 3 mornings I was there there was a problem with the coffee machine and on the Sunday morning the waitresses struggled with the orders and one of them was not very professional or polite I’m afraid. The rest of the service and stay was great so it’s a shame for this to be an exception. "
