Just a 10 min public transport ride from the old town. The apartment is based in a renovated traditional Latvian brick house in the charming district of the historical far center (Murnieku street). The apartment is well prepared for a comfortable stay with a carefully selected contemporary Latvian design.

The property is a studio-type apartment with a modern fully equipped kitchen and a king-size high-class bed. The bathroom contains a shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine.

Grīziņkalns (neighborhood) with its unique wooden buildings is also attractive to the tourists since the buildings are a component of a national culturally historical monument – Riga Historical Centre which also belongs to the UNESCO World Culture Heritage list.

Grizinkalns became a unique place that not only refreshes the area (renovated building, installed surveillance cameras, street signs, etc.), but also offers a diverse range of culture and art events. In the cozy atmosphere of Koka Riga (the wooden architecture center), the visitors may enjoy the events of the modern culture in different genres and ambiances. Various public events such as seminars, conferences, exhibitions are organized in the large exhibition hall. One of the exhibitions demonstrates the renovation methods that were used in the surroundings of Grīziņkalns. The tourist information center is situated on the first floor of the building. The building also acts as a competence center for collecting information regarding the renovation of wooden buildings and the methods of renovation.
Please follow a few simple rules, during your stay:
· Do not smoke in the flat, halls, and building territory. There is a penalty for smoking in a flat and building territory of 200 EUR.
· Take off your shoes, when entering the flat.
· If you want to bring a pet, you need to inform about it and get consent. The pet fee is 70 EUR.
· No parties, no outside visitors without previous approval from your host.
· If you break or damage something, you should let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
