The main living area is open and comfortable. Vaulted ceiling, big sectional with recliners, and a bear pelt on the wall that tells you exactly where you are. Flows into a dining area with a solid wood farmhouse table that seats eight. Kitchen has an island with a cooktop, full appliances, dishwasher, and enough counter space to actually cook a real meal.

Out back is where it gets good. Deck looks straight at the canyon and the mountain. Outdoor dining table, lounge chairs, Weber gas grill, and a hot tub sitting above the river. You can hear the water from everywhere on the property.

Bedrooms sleep eight comfortably. Master has a king sleigh bed and slides open to the deck. Second bedroom has a queen with a pine frame. Third room has a twin-over-full bunk — good for kids or whoever needs a spot. Master has its own walk-in tile shower. Second bath has a tub/shower combo, handles the rest of the house.
