The layout was great, with plenty of space for the adults to relax downstairs while the teens had their own space in the second living room upstairs. 'Spent 3 nights and had a great stay! Before arriving I got a link to a specially designed property specific guidebook going over the house and area which was helpful and easily navigated. The property is in a great area of town very close walking distance to Davis Beach. One of my favorite parts of the place was having the golf course off the back yard.
